check in around 9pm and i don’t get it why the staff is so rude, the room not really soundproof bcs we still can hear other’s alarm this morning… but the room is okay for us 3 sta

I stayed here for one night. The location is great it’s close to the MRT, LRT, and Monorail Titiwangsa stations. The area is surrounded by plenty of Kelantanese Thai eateries, mamak stalls, and Indian restaurants, so food is never a problem.
The room was okay overall, but I think something was off with the linen it felt a bit oily, like maybe it wasn’t washed properly or hadn’t been changed. Not too sure. The floor was also quite slippery, so be careful when walking around.

Cheap hotel in KL; however, the hotel is not fully clean. Refer to the photos. Room showed in photo and room given were not the same. HUGE NOISE FROM THE MONORAIL TRAIN CAN DISRUPT SLEEP. Good for a late night go only to sleep. Nothing else. Deposit of 50 MYR is mandatory. Horrible lift. Old building.

cash deposit rm50..room ok but only one tv channel available...reception non local malaysian..evening shift counter staf cant speak english well.. i need to change the room coz of tv channel problem he said later come to fix.. until check out he didnt come to solve problem

Room located next to train railway. Whole night not able to sleep. Bedsheets is dirty… room is dusty. no hairdryer or extra pillows service even requested. Faulty lift caused caught in the lift. Toilet door faulty. Overall experience was bad. Not recommended.

Don’t stay here. I repeat, do not ever book a room here. This is the worst representation of a hotel I’ve ever seen. Trip.com should remove this place from their site. There was blood stained sheets, roaches, visible ************, filth in the hallways, etc. 0/10 experience. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Never experience hotel in this condition for the price we paid. I paid online and checkin process was smooth (Late checkin at 11pm) but once stepped in to the room evrything was wrong from TV, air cond n cleanliness, mounting frustration and stressfull situation.
When called receptionist, he mention every room was with the same situation and we can complaint to Trip com about it...that response though is un expected and uncalled for, thus we opted out/cancle the stay.
Our cancellation to Trip.com was also not processed by the Hotel, though we alredy informed receptionist clearly we are cancelling this stay.
and my money RM120+ paid was not able to recover by Trip.com, what a nuisance? I'm Demanding a refund or equivalent from Trip.Com since i paid online to you not the hotel.

And also near have everything available train station and also bus service so many restaurants and kk 7 Eleven and another so many shops
