I was very disappointed with my stay at Narita Tobu Hotel Airport. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating. It felt more like a 2-star hotel. The service was poor, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. Check-out is strictly before 11:00 AM, and if you check out even a little late, you are charged an extra fee. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, and it seemed like you had to pay extra for everything Even for swimming. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were very cheap and poor quality, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We also had to wait until 3:00 PM for check-in with no flexibility. The restaurant food was below average and not worth the price. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

This is just a standard budget hotel near the airport, yet with taxes, it cost over 900 RMB. Maybe that's just how expensive things are in Japan. The main issue was that the room's cleanliness, facilities, and overall environment were quite average. The only upside is that it's incredibly close to Narita Airport, and there's a free shuttle bus that takes you directly there – it's literally just two turns and you're there in 5 minutes.

The room was bright and spacious. There's a FamilyMart on the first floor. The lobby has a vacuum compression machine for clothes and a luggage scale. For the Narita Airport shuttle pick-up: I forgot where T1 is, but you can find it on Xiaohongshu or by checking the large bus signs when you exit the airport. For T2, it's at stand 25, but remember the last pick-up is at midnight, I believe. For departures, the shuttle starts at 5 AM. There's no shuttle directly to AEON (you have to go to the airport first and then to AEON).
