My three-year-old son slipped in the tub. The water from the showerhead was barely warm, the pressure was weak, and it kept fluctuating between hot and cold. My son already had a cold, and the water wasn't hot, so he kept crying "cold, cold, cold." Hearing his cries made me so angry and truly heartbroken. Housekeeping didn't even replace the large bath towels; they were the old ones from yesterday. The environment was absolutely horrible. When we reported it to the front desk, they were indifferent, refused a refund, and handled the situation passively.
