Absolutely fantastic! Even though the hotel is a bit older, the service was incredible. They even helped us find a lost ring 💍 – they actually found it in a trash bag, which shows how dedicated they are! The location is super convenient, and there's a great pad kra pao stall right outside the door. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from two MRT and BTS stations. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the indicated locations on the map. Although the main road near the hotel can be congested for taxis, if you're mindful of travel times, it's generally not a big issue, and many drivers will take alternative routes. There's a 7-Eleven right opposite the hotel, and in the evenings, a banana pancake stall sets up outside, which looked clean and delicious. The hotel service was great, including the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try the hotel breakfast. The long desk in the room was very practical; you don't have to worry about running out of space for your belongings. The facilities were also good, though it would have been perfect if you didn't have to step over into the bathtub to shower. Overall, while the value for money isn't exceptional, it's a safe, comfortable, well-located hotel with great service.

Pros: The shuttle bus was convenient and we used it daily. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and the pool was clean. The location was great with a 7-Eleven right across the street and many Thai restaurants nearby. Cons: The soundproofing wasn't great as it's next to a main road, and the toilet flush wasn't strong enough.
