Royal Park Hotel

The room's furniture and facilities are a bit old-fashioned, but they are well-maintained and very clean. The space is not cramped for three people. The executive lounge offers excellent drinks and snacks during the evening cocktail hour, and you can also enjoy the night view. The hotel's transportation is very convenient, with a city airport terminal and a subway station right downstairs. Nearby, there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and a park, all very accessible.

This is a very old hotel, and the facilities are a bit dated. If you're not an executive floor guest, the gym costs 1100 yen, and one of the treadmills was broken! The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality is decent. Last time I stayed here, I had to change rooms because the toilet smelled awful, but thankfully that wasn't an issue this time. I keep coming back because the location is fantastic. The Tokyo City Air Terminal is right next to the hotel, which saves so much time and effort getting to and from the airport! Plus, the hotel's B2 level connects directly to the Hanzomon Line, making it convenient to go anywhere.

It had a very vintage feel, and all the staff were seniors, but their professionalism felt very high, and their service came from the heart. You could tell that even when you weren't looking or when you least expected it, they genuinely respected their guests!

The hotel's basement is a subway station, and there's also an airport shuttle nearby. It's a good place to stay for your return trip.

I booked two nights here. I'd read some reviews saying it was old and not very clean, but the direct subway access from B1 was a huge plus. When I arrived, they upgraded me to a King room on the executive floor, which was incredibly clean and comfortable. The duvet was just the right thickness, and I slept wonderfully. I'm planning to book here again when I return to Tokyo in a couple of days!

This hotel is conveniently located and close to the airport shuttle for check-out. The room amenities are L'Occitane, and the water pressure is great. The room is cleaned daily. It's directly connected to the Hanzomon Line's Exit 4, leading straight to the hotel.

The location is very convenient, with direct subway access and an airport shuttle. The hotel service was excellent; they even provided us with a power converter for our CPAP machine, which was very kind of them.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the subway station and the airport bus stop, making travel incredibly convenient. The service quality is exceptional; the staff are friendly, welcoming, attentive, and thorough. Whether checking in or checking out, the service is always efficient. The rooms come with L'Occitane toiletries, the bedding is comfortable and spotless, and the soundproofing is excellent.
