The lobby is a bit small and breakfast options aren't extensive. However, the rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel lobby connects directly to the outlet mall, which makes shopping incredibly convenient. You can also reach the cable car station by just walking through the mall. Overall, it's a great experience for both travel and shopping, with very convenient access.

The hotel has free shuttle between airport and the hotel itself which is super convenient, saved lots of hazard while you traveling with kids.
The room isn’t the newest but overall presentation is great. The view is great and staffs are friendly as well.
Moreover, it’s located at the MRT station which is unbeatable when your choosing moving around Hong Kong via train.
Definitely will choice Novotel again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. Since it was my child's birthday, the hotel specially prepared a birthday cake, which added a wonderful touch to the celebration! My child was very happy. The view from the window was wide, and the location was super convenient for getting around!

Great experience staying at novotel citygate.
Staff are all friendly and accomodating,they also check us in early.
I love that they have free shuttle to and from airport and hotel. It's very convenient for us with kids.
Also, its near the airport, ciygate outlet, mtr, NP360 and Disneyland.
Overall,great experience..highly recommended😊

Good for one night before or after a flight, airport transfer available. The cable car to the Big Buddha and Citygate Outlet are nearby.

Booked a single room for over 1500 RMB, which isn't cheap, but the room itself was incredibly, incredibly, incredibly mediocre. There was barely any food available at breakfast. I rarely leave reviews, but this one definitely deserves a bad rating.
