This hotel is truly amazing! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and honestly, all the staff were great. I'd requested a room not too close to the elevator and not an end room, and they totally nailed it – I felt at ease the moment I walked in. The room was super clean, and the soundproofing was good too. Plus, takeout was delivered by a robot, so no need to go down and get it myself! And the breakfast was really tasty! The hotel's location is also excellent; just a short walk out and there are restaurants and shops, super convenient. My experience this time was fantastic, I'll definitely be back!

The hotel environment is excellent and very clean. The Uyghur lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The soundproofing in the room was also good, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep.
