An exceptionally pleasant stay! The room was impeccably clean, and the facilities were complete and very smart. There are cute dogs and cats downstairs where you can also enjoy a cup of coffee. The terrace offers a stunning view, and the owner is so warm and kind. You can also relax with some tea on the first floor.

Every time I visit Lijiang, I choose to stay at Yuebanwan. The place is kept impeccably clean and makes you feel right at home. The guesthouse has lots of super cute pets, and the rooms feature full smart-home automation with very advanced facilities. You can enjoy tea on the first floor, and both the owner and the hosts are exceptionally nice. The courtyard is filled with succulents grown by the owner—this truly is a world of blooming flowers! The rooftop terrace is also breathtakingly gorgeous! Highly recommended!!

I stayed at the Lijiang Yuebanwan Inn for six days and seven nights, and the most healing time of this trip was spent here. The overall experience was comfortable and pleasant, highly recommended! The courtyard is filled with all kinds of flowers, brimming with life. The inn also has adorable cats, dogs, and parrots. In my free time, I would sit in the courtyard, bask in the sun, and watch the flowers, plants, and small animals. It really helped me slow down. The owner and the manager are both incredibly nice, sincere, and full of warmth, making you feel right at home. They are always happy to help with any needs and enthusiastically recommend local food and travel routes. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bathrooms are smart, providing a great user experience with attention to detail. The whole inn has a relaxed and warm atmosphere; it doesn't feel like staying in a hotel, but rather like temporarily living at a friend's house. My six-day stay was particularly comfortable, and I was very reluctant to leave. The next time I come to Lijiang, I will definitely choose Yuebanwan again!

The room was thoughtfully prepared with disposable face towels and other amenities. I was particularly impressed by the succulents on the observation deck – I absolutely loved them. The hosts were also incredibly kind. Since we had several children and it was inconvenient to take a taxi, and the place we wanted to go wasn't too far, they even helped drive us there. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the observation deck. I'll definitely come back next time!

Stumbled upon this hidden gem, Moon Bay Luxury Homestay, in the ancient city. It perfectly preserves the unique charm of a traditional Naxi courtyard, boasting beautiful surroundings, impeccable cleanliness, and complete facilities. The garden is vibrant and lively. From the third-floor snow mountain observation deck, you can enjoy stunning views of both the snow-capped mountains and the ancient city – sipping coffee there is incredibly relaxing. Charlie the dog is very lovable, and the cats leisurely roam around. The courtyard has a wonderful, lively atmosphere. The actual experience far exceeded my expectations.

This guesthouse, run by a local, is a real gem, complete with cats, dogs, and even parrots! The hosts are incredibly welcoming. The house is well-stocked with daily necessities, and I was pleasantly surprised to find facial towels provided. They also offered snacks, drinks, and local specialty flower cakes. The owner even recommended a souvenir shop where I found some great and affordable local gifts. They also offer a private car service for station transfers (more cost-effective than a taxi). It's about a 7-8 minute walk from the side gate of the ancient city, and they helped me with my luggage, which was a lifesaver on the uneven ancient city roads. The weather here was a mix of rain, clouds, and sunshine – hot at midday and cooler in the mornings and evenings. I didn't experience any altitude sickness in the ancient city, but I did feel it a bit when I went to the snow-capped mountain.

After the room upgrade, the experience was fantastic – comfortable, quiet, with cozy bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The owner was warm and generous, and the courtyard was charming and romantic. Being surrounded by flowers on the patio in the evening was simply refreshing. Definitely a guesthouse worth returning to!
