Very disappointing stay. I paid a premium rate expecting a proper room and view, but was assigned Room 5559 with a poor and obstructed view. The only alternative offered was a room with a single king bed, which was very inconvenient and not an acceptable solution.
I feel misled, as I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel with a much better view. The value for money is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this hotel and will be giving a low rating.

房間寬敞3個大人也不擁擠，服務員都很友善，不像網上説的歧視華人，微信付的按金也是退房當天退回來了，入住時有中文服務而且安排了海景房能看到濱海灣金沙，酒店連接萊福士，吃和出入都很方便，地理位置優越，打掃衞生的阿姨也很nice，硬件上如果再改進下就更ok了，比如桌上再加個枱燈

衹入住了一晚。 酒店的地理位置是不錯的，就連着City hall MRT 和購物中心。 吃的喝的都很方便的。周邊也有不錯的景點，走走逛逛是很不錯的。 酒店的大堂有twg 的茶點，順便買一些茶品也很方便。 酒店的房間床很寬，床品很舒服，窗外的景觀也不錯的。衞生間的淋浴也很大，很舒服。 早餐一般，該有的都算有，中規中矩吧。衞生條件不錯的，一樓的一家德國餐廳甜品做得真好，非常精美。 入住時，一位手指甲超長的小姐姐辦理，一邊辦理，一邊還不停地撫着鼻子和下巴，那麼長的指甲，在鍵盤和鼻子之間操作了很長時間，才搞定入住，看得讓我很難受。我預訂房間時，就明確指出，“不要電梯門口的房間”，結果入住房間一看，房門就時電梯正門口的房間。 長指甲的小姐姐估計是不看備註的。我能理解美甲，但是指甲的長度到了影響電腦輸入的時候，感到很不專業，關鍵也很不衞生。 關於電梯口的房間，我果斷打了電話，另一位小姐姐接辦此事，5分鐘就幫我辦理了換房，叫人把新的房卡拿了上來。 這一點很有效率。 退房很快，工作人員迅速地辦理，非常便捷。 總體入住的體驗還是很好的，衹希望前台小姐姐的指甲真不要搞那麼長，已經影響到工作了。另外，多關注一下客人的需求，會更能體驗服務的理念。

房間比較大，衞生很好，關鍵酒店位置非常棒，網紅打卡景點都在酒店周邊，步行都可去到，我預訂的房型正對着金沙，視覺效果非常好，但是服務一般，會中文的也不多，沒有品嚐酒店的早餐。

交通便利，服務熱情，房間乾淨衞生，站在陽台就可以看見金沙酒店，夜景特別漂亮。唯一不滿意的就是淋浴時需要站在浴缸裏，浴缸下水比較慢。

The hotel is really in an excellent location.
The view of Marina Bay is absolutely priceless.
However, the property is a bit dated and some elements need improvement — the towels had stains, and some walls looked freshly painted but not very well finished.
On the positive side, the bed and bedding were extremely comfortable, which made the stay pleasant overall.

Nice place to stay but they promised to refund my deposit of $100 from my 1st card but still charge me! I wanted to use another card when I checked out and they already charged to my 2nd card!!!

1.服務差，誘導消費：前台的中分鍋蓋頭眼鏡小哥不知道是歧視華人還是歧視華裔女性，每次跟他説話都愛搭不理態度很差，説很多遍才回一句，裝聽不懂，但是我聽見他會説華語。退房時候，白男比我後到，他選擇性先接待白男，讓我等着。我催促一下，他就態度很差的甩臉子讓我等着。完全感受不到有服務意識
入住時反饋房間問題，他就衹有一句話，因為你訂的是最便宜的房型。
所有反饋的問題都衹能通過加錢解決，還未入住也不可以取消訂單，還拿機票的改簽政策跟我解釋，我無法接受。我看到的這些問題我認為都不是錢的問題。
2.設施差：整體設施廉價且陳舊，雖然是2018年裝修的酒店，但是可以看出來幾乎沒怎麼維護。
3.管理差：房間內能看出來有貓入住的痕跡，窗簾上的寵物抓痕高達2米，隨處可見貓毛。
4.衞生差：鏡子上肉眼可見的毛髮、沙發上的紙屑、床品上的毛絮、房間內還有貓咪鬍鬚
5.噪音大：凌晨兩點被摩託炸街吵的睡不着，隔音也不太好
6.私隱差：辦理入住時就像P1一樣，個人私隱訊息大屏展示，天才設計
