Sheraton Towers Singapore

My stay was incredibly comfortable. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel's location made getting around very convenient. The facilities were comprehensive, offering great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. The gym was good, and the food was decent.

This hotel is genuinely great! The environment is lovely, and it's very clean. The room size was just right. Through the glass window, you can see the outdoor pool (on the 5th floor), right next to a large lawn and a huge building that looks just like something out of a video game. The service was also excellent! A Korean lady at the front desk checked me in. She signed me up for a free membership and was incredibly patient and thoughtful. The only minor point is that there aren't many staff members who speak Chinese, but English communication is smooth. The hotel's buffet is good, with a wide variety of choices! It's definitely upscale, living up to its five-star rating. In Singapore, you pay two taxes on every dish (and the taxes are quite high), which initially surprised me when the server told me. However, the prices aren't that outrageous. I ordered a large lobster and two local dishes at the hotel one evening, which cost just over ¥800. For a top-tier, globally recognized five-star hotel, I think that's a reasonable price!

Traveling in Singapore, we stayed on the 22nd floor, which was quite quiet. The value for money was pretty good. Although the room facilities were a bit old, it's acceptable for Singapore, where space is at a premium. The environment was nice, but the main thing was the excellent service. Sandi at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. When we couldn't make calls on our phones, she enthusiastically helped us with restaurant and ticket bookings. We left with a great impression of this hotel.

Just wanted to say, I stayed for eight days and not once did they tidy up the items on the bathroom counter. It was messy every single day.

An older hotel with excellent service. The front desk staff can communicate in Chinese, which is very convenient for Chinese travelers. The soundproofing in the room isn't great; you can hear the sound of water when someone uses the toilet next door.

My stay at the Sheraton this time far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt the thoughtful service. The doorman proactively helped with my luggage, and the front desk staff meticulously asked about my preferences and arranged a quiet, high-floor room. The room view was amazing, overlooking the city's beautiful scenery. The branded bathroom amenities were of high quality, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel's restaurants offered a wide variety of cuisines, and the lobby bar's drinks were also very unique. The facilities were well-maintained. Whether for a vacation or a short stay, you can feel the five-star quality. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely come back next time!

The location is excellent, very close to Newton MRT station, which makes getting around super convenient. However, the hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are dated. Even though the air conditioning runs 24/7, there's a strong musty smell. But then again, this hotel opened in 2011, so it's understandable. It's a classic five-star hotel.
