Jinji Lake is located in Suzhou Industrial Park. Compared to the quaint Ancient Urban District, the high-rise buildings and modernization of this area show the other side of Suzhou. Jinji Lake is slightly larger than Hangzhou’s West Lake. Every day, many tourists come to the lake for leisurely walks, shopping, and food. Many people also like to take wedding photos by the lake. There are four entrances to the scenic area, and it is an open park. Most tourists enter from the west entrance; there is a subway station near that entrance, as well as a bicycle rental point right outside the subway station. It is very convenient for tourists who want to ride bicycles around the lake.
