From the moment I arrived, the service from the front desk team was warm, friendly, and efficient. The check-in process was seamless, and their readiness to assist with a genuine smile makes any guest feel immediately welcomed.

A huge shout-out to the housekeeping team! The room was kept spotless and tidy throughout my stay. Their attention to detail makes a world of difference and elevates the overall comfort of the visit.

A warm welcome from the receptionist, Izhar. He was kind to gift me two cookies and show me around. The upgraded room was clean, cool, spacious, and equipped with mini bar, huge TV, working desk, iron, ironing board, hangers, bath robes, toiletries. Dinner and breakfast In Makan were rich and tasty. Parking lot at B1 was guarded. Kids enjoyed the splash pool so much. Overall Double Tree by Hilton provided excellent services and I strongly recommend to all travellers in Putrajaya.

A pleasant stay overall. The room was comfortable, and the swimming pool was great my child really enjoyed it! The staff were friendly and helpful. No deposit was required, and we received a welcome cookie during check-in.

The bathroom lighting was a little dim, and the TV only had basic channels. Screen sharing was available, but only for Android devices. Check-in at 4:00 PM felt a bit late. The surrounding area was quite dark, with limited food options nearby. GrabFood orders also need to be collected at the basement parking area instead of the lobby.

Overall, a nice hotel for a short family stay. 😊

We stayed for 1 night to attend a wedding event at Baro Ombak which is beside the hotel and taking time for a weekend getaway with my wife.
Service was fast and smooth and facilities like kids pool looks great for children.
We walked along the marina lake early Sunday morning and afterwards straight to Makan cafe for breakfast.
Food was plenty and tasty with a lot of healthy meal option for an elderly person like us.
We will repeat again for short weekend break.
