From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The family room that we booked was spacious and clean with comfortable king bed and linens. The room was overlooking the Masjid Besi Putrajaya which had a fabulous view. There is a kettle, a small fridge and a large TV which we loved. The bathroom was nicely decorated with unique tiles. They provided plush towels and top of the line toiletry sets which they would replace every day.

The hotel is undergoing construction. The temporary lobby is at level 2, where you have to park outside and call a shuttle to take you to the lobby. Mr room was close to the swimming pool so it was a great time. Not much crowd eventhough it was the start of a school holiday. Bad The breakfast were understaffed. The eggs station have the longest queue, and we gave up. They should make the omelettes at the kitchen and bring it up front when there’s too many people waiting for any of the eggs (be it boiled, scrambled or omelette).

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Puchong for a quick overnight transit. The experience had its highs and lows: Advantages: 1. Check-in and check-out were efficient and hassle-free. 2. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. 3. Free parking is always a plus. 4. The hotel's strategic location was convenient for my needs. Disadvantages: 1. Despite the presence of security guards, the basement parking layout was confusing and disorganized, leading to delays in finding the lift to the lobby. 2. The water pressure in my room was disappointingly low. 3. Adjusting the water temperature was a challenge, as it seemed difficult to calibrate accurately. Overall, while there were some minor inconveniences, the positives of the stay outweighed the negatives, making it a decent option for a short stay.

Went here for a weekend getaway and to enjoy the iftar buffet. The room is so spacious! And I love the bathtub, it’s giving spa vibes! The hotel is on a huge compound so you can drive and park your car near the chalets. We’re lucky to get our room on the first floor 🥰

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

Our experience started out fine, we were given cookies at the reception by a very friendly receptionist. The property is huge but dated. Walking from reception to our room (in another adjacent building) is ok but there is no shaded walkways, it’s all open air and subject to the elements. The room itself is average, we had booked two rooms facing the lake. The cleanliness however is appalling. We found a dead cockroach under the bed, the toilets were clean but because it’s all black tiles, you can’t really see the dirt unless you look closely; the shower doors weren’t properly cleaned, there is moss and old, icky dirt stuck at the corners. Water pressure to the bidet is low, which basically makes it pointless to have. There’s food flies lounging around the room, possibly from food that was consumed by the previous guest. We had ordered room service 3 times in total. The first time was great, they brought the food within 30 minutes, charged it to our room. The food quality however was subpar. The char kuey teow was soggy and tasted like ginger, which isn’t how it’s normally supposed to be prepared! If your chef is gonna make changes to classic local recipes, make sure it’s taste-tested by others and please CLEARLY state that this is an adaptation of a local classic so the guest can expect it to be different. The 2nd time was an annoyance, not only was the food late but they told us to pay immediately for it! Apparently the wait staff was told we had not paid a deposit for the room but in fact we had paid a deposit to cover our entire 2 night stay for two rooms! But being cooperative guests, we decided not to make a fuss and paid immediately. 3rd room service, no questions about payment. Talk about inconsistent service! Also, we were told to leave our food trays from the room service outside the room but they didn’t clean it up the next day resulting in food flies buzzing around. The breakfast was ok on the first day, but the 2nd day, it was downright horrible. Scrambled eggs were soggy, bacon and sausages was boiled and not fried, again, if you’re gonna offer a healthy alternative to everyday norm, please state it clearly somewhere! Freshly baked bread wasn’t fresh either, tasted at least a day old. Lastly, the pool isn’t cleaned regularly, not what you’d expect from something with a “Hilton” brand in it. The kids pool had dark tiles in it and so you can’t easily see dirt in the water but there were small leaves and other icky stuff floating about if you looked closely.

We came end of July, there still cosntruction works, part of pool was closed, the one with slide. I took the excutive, it was pelasant, food were gooood. Kids had fun at the playroom and many activities badminton, basketball mini golf to play with, hourly shuttle to nearby ioi

One of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in Malaysia. Room Is so spacious, love love love the bed. Its so comfortable and melt my body in each time I lay down. The pillows was amazing! Its connected to Ioi City Mall, the 2nd largest mall in the world! Too many good food spoilt for choices, there’s just so many things to venture in the mall. 4days is not enough! Glad to be here. Toilet is spacious too and loved the bathtub. The shampoo , bodywash n conditioner provided smells awesome! So much good reviews about this place. We will return.

The hotel serves great breakfast and have varieties of choices. Really satisfied and happy with the room and the facilities provided as such the children's pool and the gym. Thank you for the staff that provides smooth check in and check out process. Hope to visit the hotel soon.
