The hostel was generally fine but for being a hostel the price was a bit high. Location was convenient and the staff was friendly

The dorm room was surprisingly spacious, much bigger than I expected. There's a small shelf on the left side which is very practical for storing things, so storage isn't an issue. Downstairs, there's also a storage room for large luggage. The laundry room costs 400 yen for washing and 100 yen for drying, but there are no drying racks, which is a bit unreasonable, especially since a person might only change into a light T-shirt and shorts per day. This is something that needs improvement.

I don’t enjoy my stay here, it’s not so clean, I can see so much dust on my bed and the room, air condition is turn up so strong and very cold. Overall I won’t be back here.

My experience was affected by a serious issue. I found a bed bug in my bed. The reception staff quickly moved me to another dorm, but finding a bed bug was very uncomfortable and unacceptable. Even after changing dorms, I remained concerned about the cleanliness of the accommodation and felt uncomfortable for the rest of my stay. The hostel has some positive aspects, but this situation significantly affected my overall experience.

This my first hostel experience, and it was a good one. The shared dorm was tiny but fine. Capsule had enough space for my carry on luggage plus backpack and some hangers to help with organization. Hotel staff are awesome from the front desk to the bartender. Great area being in Shinjuku. Would recommend!

The location is very good. Godzilla, the Golden Gai, the Cat and Donki is just 10-15 mins away. The Mario Kart is also 2 blocks away. The people (guests) are mainly foreigners. The staff and service and their breakfast is very good.
