因為一家人從陽朔回桂林，着急忙慌選的這家酒店，定了好幾個房型，沒想到出乎意料的好，到酒店有人幫忙拿行李，提出需求想安排在同層，但被告知同層的户型不足後很熱情的幫忙升級了房型，辦理好入住後，前台小姐姐還幫忙把行李拿到房間並且介紹房間的情況，退房時還會幫忙把行李搬上車，詢問我們是否需要瓶裝水後，盡給了我無數支支裝水，有被酒店工作人員的服務熱情到。酒店9樓有泳池還有小童樂園，帶寶寶出行非常適合。美中不足的是房間空調暖氣實在是太足了😂睡到半夜既然熱醒了

這個酒店的地理位置相當給力，步行到象山公園就5-10分鐘，再從2號門出去可以到雙月塔，還有步行街等。樓下就是椿記燒鵝，美食美景一應俱全。酒店的設施非常齊全，衞生狀況也很好，房間舒適，整潔明亮。早餐品種很齊全，還有桂林特色米粉，餐廳外拍照也很出片，服務人員的態度非常熱情，小姐姐還給升級了房型，下車提行李，上車裝行李，賓至如歸。每次出門前在大堂還有小餅乾和菊花茶紅茶提供。

我跟老公的獨自旅行，乾淨整潔智能。早餐中西兩種，有當地的油茶，米粉很不錯。交通也很方便，這裏打車很便宜奧，最關鍵的是樓下旁邊，就是椿記燒鵝，超級喜歡吃他家的飯。
