LiCLOUDS HOTEL (Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Xiangshan Park)

This hotel boasts an excellent location, ambiance, service, and spacious rooms, making it incredibly comfortable for adults. Upstairs, there's a gym, a laundry room, and a kids' play area, perfect for entertaining the little ones. Downstairs, you'll find 'Chun Ji Roasted Goose,' and just across the street is 'A Gan Restaurant' – two of the top three local eateries! Plus, major attractions like the Twin Towers and Elephant Trunk Hill are all within a one-kilometer walk, which is super convenient. The front desk service is also very good. P.S. A small suggestion: the indoor central air conditioning and in-room ventilation system could use some improvement. My child wasn't comfortable with either opening the window or using the AC. It's tolerable for adults, but might be an issue for infants under one year old.

The hotel facilities are quite good. We came to Guilin with our kids and the hotel has a children's playground and a swimming pool. It's located right in the city center, very close to Elephant Trunk Hill Park, and you can easily reach all the surrounding areas by electric scooter. It's very convenient.

After comparing several hotels online, we finally chose Cloud Hotel. We had a lot of luggage traveling with elderly and children, and as soon as our taxi pulled up to the entrance, a staff member immediately came to help us with our bags and brought them to the lobby. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was super nice and thoughtful. Seeing that we had a child, she upgraded us to a super spacious family room and even helped us take our luggage to the room. The upgraded room had a small tent and plush toys, which made my daughter so happy she didn't want to leave. The whole room's setup was incredibly thoughtful; the kids' slippers had cute cartoon designs, and the toothbrushes, toilet seat, and stool were all convenient. I was particularly pleased with how quickly the staff always addressed our needs; the service was incredibly efficient and attentive. Furthermore, the breakfast was also very satisfying, with a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options and exquisite dishes that both the elderly and children enjoyed.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful, our favorite during our entire Guilin trip. The rooms were spacious and bright, and they even had a kids' play area, which makes it perfect for families traveling with children. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a complimentary self-service laundry room on the 10th floor, which was incredibly convenient. The breakfast was especially good and very extensive.

The service was excellent, and the environment was great. I'll definitely stay here again next time. My child absolutely loved the kids' play area; it was very clean. The pool is also perfect for taking beautiful photos, but I was too rushed this time to get any. I'll come back next summer to take some! It's also very close to the scenic spots. A great choice!

Booked this hotel blindly on Ctrip, and it exceeded my expectations in terms of both environment and service. The hotel facilities, including the kids' play area, were all very clean and tidy. My child loved it so much they didn't want to leave! The breakfast selection was also rich and varied, which made my elderly parents very happy. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas. The front desk staff also recommended some fantastic old-brand restaurants that offered great value for money. I'll definitely choose Cloud Hotel again next time I'm in Guilin!

Our stay in Guilin was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel was spotless, and the service was attentive and thoughtful – a truly wonderful experience! The kids' play area was particularly fantastic, with excellent facilities that kept our child entertained and happy, giving us a much-needed break. The surrounding scenery in Guilin is also stunning; every photo we took looked like a postcard. Overall, our stay was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel. We'll definitely choose it again next time we're in town! This hotel offers the best experience for its price.

The room was clean and tidy, and I absolutely loved the shower facilities – great water pressure and easy to switch modes. But the best part was definitely the service. The staff at the front desk, both the young men and women, were so warm, attentive, and proactive, unlike the often-aloof staff you find in many tourist city hotels. Lastly, there are several popular foodie restaurants near this hotel that are incredibly delicious, especially Chunji Roasted Goose – it was amazing!
