What a pleasant surprise! For a hotel that's a bit older, both the service and facilities are truly commendable. **Facilities:** While a little dated, the overall facilities are very comprehensive and everything is in working order. The hairdryer is a Rafa, which I hear isn't cheap. **Cleanliness:** Excellent, on par with the Mitsui Garden Hotel we stayed at. **Environment:** The hotel environment is very nice. Although the bathroom is large, the room is a bit on the smaller side, but still perfectly fine for two people. The hotel lobby has a Japanese minimalist style with wooden decor that gives it a warm feeling. The hotel is about 800m walk from Shinjuku center, which is an acceptable distance. Precisely because it's not right in the center, the area around the hotel is very quiet. **Service:** The service was very enthusiastic, and they provided many complimentary items like drip coffee, mouthwash, and bath salts, which I really appreciated. The hotel's breakfast was very generous, primarily Western-style. The freshly baked pancakes, in particular, were incredibly soft and melted in your mouth, and delicious with the wide variety of toppings available. All in all, the breakfast was excellent and highly recommended.

This hotel is really great! It's rare to find a hotel in Japan with a rain shower, so you don't have to shower in the bathtub. The location is excellent, about 450m from Nishi-Shinjuku subway station. It's about a 1km walk to Shinjuku Station, or you can just take the subway from Nishi-Shinjuku. They also provide good quality amenities like Sekkisei and Refa hair dryers. Overall, highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located right above a convenience store, and it's just a 6-minute walk to the Oedo and Marunouchi subway lines. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. They even offer curling irons and umbrellas for guests to borrow. The only minor downside is that the drip coffee downstairs isn't as good as it used to be.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Shinjuku's central business district, making it incredibly convenient for both business travelers and those looking to explore and shop. The breakfast spread is diverse and abundant, catering to a wide range of tastes. Rooms are clean, tidy, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a comfortable and inviting space for guests to relax. Overall, my stay was very satisfying; the service was attentive and detailed, making it a truly pleasant accommodation choice.
