DongFengYun Hotel Mi'Le - MGallery Collection

This award-winning hotel truly lives up to its reputation. The environment is stunning, with beautiful scenery at every turn. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and they provide golf cart service for getting around. It's an excellent choice for a holiday or vacation. I'd love to come back again if I have the chance!

The MGallery Dongfengyun is an absolute design masterpiece, where the hotel itself is a destination, even more enjoyable and photogenic than the actual attractions. Located within the scenic area, it's a short walk to the Kaleidoscope Art Museum, saving you the hassle of entrance tickets. The architectural aesthetics are incredibly atmospheric; every corner, from the pool to the lobby, is perfect for photos. The front desk even upgraded our room, offering a fantastic view of the Kaleidoscope directly from our window. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing an excellent experience with plenty of children's activities that kept the kids highly engaged. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including many local specialties. Parking was convenient for self-drivers, making it ideal for family vacations and photo opportunities. The only drawback was that the travel photography package only included 5 digital photos for free. Purchasing additional photos or packages was quite expensive. It would be great if they could offer more affordable packages; this would not only acknowledge the photographers' work but also enhance the guest experience and create better memories.

This was a spontaneous trip, and the results were incredibly satisfying. The hotel service was fantastic; anything I needed was delivered promptly. What truly stood out was that even before check-in, the butler called to ask if we were traveling with children and arranged for kid's amenities to be prepared in the room in advance. That was incredibly thoughtful ❤️ The Dongfengyun Meijingge (Hotel Indigo) has stunning design. The hotel itself is a destination, even better to explore and photograph than the actual tourist spots. The architectural aesthetics create an amazing atmosphere, and the infinity pool is perfect for photos. Every building makes for a great photo opportunity; I even hired a photographer from the hotel, and the pictures turned out amazing. I loved it. The hotel butler upgraded our room. The kids love swimming, and besides the infinity pool, our room even had a hot tub, which made them very happy. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering an excellent experience. The buffet breakfast had a decent variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and plenty of delicious food. The only minor drawback was the occasional rainy weather.

The room is indeed beautiful and very tastefully decorated. There's even a coffee machine, which is a great bonus. The hotel also offers many activities, making it very suitable for families with children. I suggest increasing the number of front desk staff for check-ins during the summer, otherwise, the waiting time in line can be too long. All other services were excellent. What was particularly surprising was how good the food at the hotel's Chinese restaurant was. It was just a bit pricey!

Perfect for a relaxing getaway! The hotel environment is top-notch, and the architectural design is full of character – it's super easy to get great photos here. As for the room facilities, I'd suggest adding a sofa or a lounge chair. We stayed in a twin room, and there was only one single armchair. We ended up having to ask housekeeping for a child's small chair.

The hotel has a comfortable and quiet environment, right in the scenic area. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Kaleidoscope, and there's also a dedicated hotel shuttle bus. We got an upgraded room facing the attractions, which made for some great photos.

I was really satisfied with the hotel and extended my stay for another night. The hotel's environment and views are top-notch, and the food is excellent too. Both breakfast and dinner were very good, with both Chinese and Western options being great. The service was also superb; they even provide golf carts for getting around.

The environment here is really nice; you don't even need to go to the scenic area to see the Dongfengyun Kaleidoscope. As for the service, I feel it's not as good as Taiping Lake Forest Cabin Hotel. Everyone spoke coldly, except for the pool attendant... The breakfast, however, was genuinely good. It's rare to find so many kid-friendly options that also taste great. When traveling with kids, seeing them happy with their food really makes parents joyful!

The hotel has been quite busy lately with many families and children, so they've introduced a series of activities suitable for kids, some paid and some free, so you can pick what suits you best. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality is decent.
