Thank God to have this capsule hotel in Narita airport Terminal 2, it's the best location accommodation inside the building of Terminal 2 that is very convenient and nearest to the JR train station and Keisei train station. It's super clean accommodation with all necessary amenities provided. The hotel staff is also very kind and helpful with a warm welcome. The toilet and shower room are also very clean and good. There are all shampoo and conditioner provided with 3 towels, I'm very happy to stay in this hotel. I will come back to stay in this hotel again next time.

The hotel's location is super convenient, and they have lockers with two levels. My 28-inch luggage fit perfectly on the bottom, and there was still room on top for my bags. Plus, they provide two hangers for clothes. They also offer complimentary disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, pajamas, and bath towels.

Stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and it was incredibly convenient — very close to my terminal. The place was clean, the capsules were really nice and private, and there was plenty of storage space for luggage. The showers were great too, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a comfortable airport stay. A

The capsule room was great, I slept very soundly. Plus, the showers were free and disposable toiletries were provided. Overall, it was a good experience, though the front desk staff seemed a bit rushed, which was the only downside.

The hotel is on B1F floor in Terminal 2. The cabin is big enough and cozy, but it is not soundproof. Please stay away from the bedroom door as it is quite noisy. There is no outlet in the cabin. You need to charge your phone in front of the mirror in the toilet. There is no facial oil and no facial wash provided.
