Very nice place for quick shower and overnight for easy morning flights, very comfortable stays. Just 3 minutes walk to departure hall.

The environment is lovely and very clean, and the check-in and layout flow is quite logical. However, one detail is that anyone can actually just push the door open and walk right in, because none of the main doors have locks, passwords, or keycard access. Each person only has a key for their own personal locker. Beyond that, you just enter straight into the shared bathroom and bedroom area.

The position is really convenient located in terminal 2 in NRT airport.You can simply go on to coffee shop for a break time .The sleeping environment is really quit and comfortable,but the locker for keeping the luggage is a bit small,You need to adjust your things out .Have an around in NRT terminal airport before sleeping and have a self time to take a rest as there have a park for relaxation under blue sky and sunshine.

Everything is good the only problem is the voice. Due to the capsule has no door to close just only a shade to cover so you can hear everything. That is why the hotel offer the earplugs in front of the door. My case there was a couple of mother and a daughter talked all night and a woman who talked the phone for a long time. Even they could go to talk outside. So you need to help yourself. My internet roaming is not good in the casule the hotel wifi is the must!

It's been a while since I last stayed in a capsule hotel. This one is super convenient, right next to Narita Airport Terminal 2 Station. It also felt very clean, which was great. The only drawback was hearing other people's snoring. But I guess that's just something you can't avoid in a capsule hotel.
