AC works very well, Comfort big bed, no window, nice design and decoration

Stayed there during songkran. Perfect location literally 10mins away from khao san road but without thr noises and craziness! Definitely will stay again in the future

The hotel was...not as nice as I hoped. Rm505 As soon as I walked in, I noticed that the sheets were stained and asked for it to be changed. Later in the week, they replaced the new bedding with the old stained bedding. Once is a mistake, twice is neglect. Another issue was the shower head. Despite being on a once-adjustable setting, the shower head holder had since been hot-glued into position which was very uncomfortable. Nothing but body wash and shampoo is provided (no toothpaste, etc), provided on a wall press-button dispenser that only dispenses tiny amounts per pump. I could also clearly hear the hall and the sound of moderate conversation next door, so the soundproofing isn't great. Luckily, I had gotten a room far from the elevator which cut down on noise. I wish there had been room slippers and a vanity (mirror with a desk) because the only real mirror was in the bathroom where the lighting is dark and uneven so doing my makeup was a struggle. Going across the street to get the hotel breakfast was totally fine, because it's a small street with no walking lights. Twenty seconds of sunshine is no biggie! The staff were very friendly and helpful. New towels were always provided when signaled (towels on floor = new towels provided) and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout with no issues which was very helpful! Our room also had a view of the sky (rather than a building), which was great for getting lots of sunshine in the room!

Great hotel, with most amenities. Easy to find and tasty breakfast!

It was just 'okay'. We liked the decor, quite fun and whimsical, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms are an okay size, lots of natural light when you open the curtains. Mini fridge and free water was good too. Bathroom was good, nice mirror and good lighting, shower has seen better days, the grouting on it and rubber seals were coming apart a bit but the water was hot and pressure was good. However there was no soap provided and no hand towels, very odd. The WiFi is quite terrible and sometimes just didn't work at all. The bed is awful, it was like sleeping on a rock. And they only give one pillow so do ask for more. Aircon was set to 23c and couldn't be changed which was sometimes frustrating. Location is good, lots of food and drink options around, as others have said, it is a little far from the 'centre' but we didn't mind getting Grabs. All in all, it was just okay. We would give it 3.5 out of 5
