Four Points by Sheraton Guangzhou, Baiyun

Before this trip, I specifically checked Ctrip's rankings and chose the Four Points by Sheraton Guangzhou, Yuexiu, Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center from the Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain Luxury Hotel list. The result completely exceeded my expectations! ✨ First, the conclusion: this hotel truly deserves to be on the list! 🤩 The design and luxury are perfectly balanced, with a distinctive overall style. Every casual shot looks like it's from a blockbuster movie 📸. The attention to detail is also impeccable; you can feel the thoughtfulness in both the facilities and amenities. The staff are also very proactive and enthusiastic, making for a fantastic experience! Here's the highlight! The value for money is absolutely incredible 💯. The experience far surpasses what you'd expect for this price point, no wonder it secured a spot on this list. 📝 Check-in Tips: - If you're here for a concert, the hotel's location couldn't be more convenient! It's just a 15-minute walk to the stadium, and the surrounding traffic is smooth, so you don't have to worry about congestion. After the show, you can leisurely stroll back to the hotel, which is just wonderful! - Getting around by taxi for daily outings is also very convenient, making it easy to go anywhere.

I absolutely adore this hotel, so much so that I stayed there twice within 10 days. It has a beautiful garden-style design, spacious rooms with large beds, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering lovely garden views. The pool is also very clean. The service is exceptional, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, the room cleaners, and the concierge team – everyone is polite and enthusiastic. In the evenings, there's live music, which creates a wonderful atmosphere for a girls' night out. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is located very close to Baiyun Cultural Square Station on Metro Line 2, making it super convenient whether you're taking a taxi or using public transport. It's not far from major attractions and the airport by taxi either. Baiyun Mountain is also nearby. The buffet offers a wide variety of choices. During our two-night stay, all the hotel staff were attentive and warm.

The hotel facilities are quite new, but during my stay, there was a mix of good and bad experiences. First, the good: the front desk staff were patient and provided excellent service. When they heard we were going to Baiyun Mountain, they gave us complimentary tickets. Although we didn't end up using them for the cable car, it was a very thoughtful gesture. The bad part was the hygiene: the toilet seat in the room hadn't been cleaned at all, and there were still traces of waste left by the previous guest. We informed housekeeping, but they took a long time to respond, and my child urgently needed to use the toilet. It was absolutely appalling, and nothing was done to compensate us afterwards. We later stayed at the Marriott across the street, which was much better in every aspect.

The room was great, clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. There was a good variety of breakfast options, and the service was excellent. The pool was a particular highlight. Highly recommended! It's also very close to Baiyun Mountain, making it convenient for hiking.

The hotel facilities are quite new, and everything gives off a high-end vibe. It's also very close to Baiyun Culture Square Station subway, just a 5-minute walk. We booked a twin room, which is a great choice when traveling with kids. We didn't get to experience the pool, but you can see it from the room window, and it looks beautiful. Every evening there are live singers, which was a nice experience. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cleaned well daily. The breakfast was also quite rich, with both Chinese and Western options, including their special pig liver congee.

A quiet area amidst the hustle and bustle, right next to the International Convention Center with the subway station just outside the door. Several hotels are clustered together here. The environment is fantastic, and it offers great value for money. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast was a bit monotonous. Overall, I am satisfied.

I came to Guangzhou for the National Day holiday and booked this hotel early. The Four Points by Sheraton had a great price; for the same money, you couldn't even stay at an Atour in the city center, and this one even included breakfast for two! The breakfast had a huge variety and tasted excellent. The room, lobby, and recreational facilities were all very new and impressive – it felt a half-step above your average Four Points, truly up to a five-star standard.
