This was a gem of a hotel find!! #1 thing I want to take about is their bathroom!! They have a rather large bathroom with ample space for changing, the Japanese tech toilet, bath n shower area. It's considered a luxury of space in Tokyo hotels. But most amazing of all is how well designed the bath shower area coz no matter how you washed yourself in the bathtub, rain shower n shower, no water seeped out to the dry change area. (I have experienced too many hotels around the world n have struggled with bathroom flaws n floor towels to keep it from being a slip hazard) It has a cute bathtub (brilliant for soaking away the 20k steps done daily :)) It has a good shampoo It has a ReFa hair dryer that sense yr scalp It has freebies in the lobby particularly crazy for the eclipse hair oil pods (always great to have a good hair day on your travel :p) I enjoyed staying at this thoughtful hotel so so much.

Excellent. It's very new and clean, with white decor. I actually thought it was a newly opened hotel. Great value for money. Even though it's by the road, it's not noisy at all; the soundproofing of the windows is excellent. The only minor issue is that the curtains don't block out much light. The lobby is also beautiful.

This is my second time living here. Very safe area and convenient to walk to the underground station. Their bathroom is much more modern than other hotels at a similar price range. I really like they have a convenient store at B1 floor which is great when we need food at late night or when it’s raining outside

I stayed for four days. The room was very spacious for Japan. The hotel's location is also good, about a 7-minute walk from the subway. The front desk staff spoke good English, but weren't very smiley. The hotel's cleaning staff, however, were good. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and every floor has an ice machine and a vending machine. Overall, the location is about a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku, or just one subway stop away.

The location is truly excellent. I stayed here for one night, then another night after a one-night break, and it was still super convenient. Plus, you can leave large luggage at the hotel. It's also very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, and I even went up to enjoy a staff lunch there, which was affordable, delicious, and had amazing views!

It's also only about a 10-minute walk to Shinjuku's bustling commercial area.
