Vienna Hotel（Nanning Nanhu Park Art Academy）

This hotel is incredibly great for the price, much better than I expected! The front desk staff were very polite, and the room facilities were complete and comfortable. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the hotel's location is excellent, with food options and a bus stop right downstairs. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

1. The exhaust fan in room 1003 was broken. 2. The soundproofing was a major issue. I could hear the people upstairs showering and using the faucet very loudly, whether it was the pipes or something else, I couldn't sleep most of the night because of the constant buzzing noise above my head. 3. I requested an extra pillow before bed and had to follow up twice. It took over ten minutes, and I'm not sure what was causing the delay. 4. A blue light would occasionally flash near the door in the middle of the night, disturbing my sleep. I didn't get up to see where it was coming from. 5. The room was very hot. I'm not sure if the central heating was on too high, but I had to turn on the air conditioning to cool the room down to sleep. 6. The breakfast selection was quite rich and tasty, which was a good point. However, other than breakfast, my stay was a really bad experience.

The room was clean, the bedding was neat, the hygiene was good, the service was also warm, the parking lot was large, there was a laundry room, the transportation was convenient, it was very close to Nanhu Park, and there were many restaurants nearby.

The carpet smelled terrible; even after a whole night, you'd still smell it. People with sensitive nerves might have nightmares about the smell and be unable to sleep.

First of all, this hotel is a three-star hotel, but it doesn't meet three-star standards in terms of cleanliness or facilities. For the same price, I could stay in a much better hotel. I was extremely disappointed. The cleanliness of this hotel was terrible. The carpet in the room was incredibly dirty, absolutely filthy. The windows were also covered in dust, and there were even marks on the headboard. I really can't believe this is the standard for a three-star hotel. As for the facilities, I don't even want to talk about them anymore. The TVs in the hotel were all very old-fashioned. The worst part was the elevator. It was tiny and malfunctioning. Every time I rode in it, I was terrified. This was my first and last time staying at a Vienna Hotel. The experience was absolutely awful, and I will never come back.

The hygiene was appalling! There was shards of glass on the elevator floor as soon as you entered! The room smelled musty! The carpet was filthy! The charging stations at the entrance were designed in a way that made you walk out the wrong way! And they weren't even part of the hotel! The hotel parking lot was located in the backyard above the electronics mall building. In short, it was terrible! It doesn't live up to the brand! The decor was like an old guesthouse! Garbage!
