Super Hotel Hanoi

Essentially, this is a Japanese business hotel completely "relocated" to Hanoi: a Japanese public bath, a pillow menu, a free welcome bar, and Japanese-speaking service—everything is right there. For anyone who has spent the whole day walking around in Hanoi's hot and humid weather, the public bath on the third floor is the absolute highlight of this hotel. The men's and women's baths are separate; the men's side features a sauna and a cold plunge pool with stable water temperature and quality, which truly washes away all your fatigue after a soak.

About a 30-minute drive from Hanoi Airport. Being a Japanese-managed hotel, it attracts many Japanese guests. It has all the essential amenities, and the first-floor buffet restaurant serves breakfast as well as Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisine for lunch and dinner. There is also a 7-Eleven-style convenience store, which is very convenient. The TV features detailed introductions to the hotel and local tourist spots in Vietnam, which is a great touch. The hotel also sells Vietnamese white coffee and other local specialty products at prices cheaper than the airport.

I was a bit disappointed because I didn't get the room I wanted (it wasn't a double bed). Other than that, the cleanliness was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was decent, and having a sauna and large public bath inside was a big plus.

There are many reviews already, but I'd like to specifically review the toilet, which isn't mentioned much. As you can see in the photos, it's not only clean but also flushable paper, and it has various buttons and rich features. I think these details are wonderful and truly reflect Japanese hospitality.

I used this hotel for a business trip and it was incredibly comfortable. There was a wide variety of welcome drinks, a spacious public bath with a sauna, and the breakfast offered many delicious dishes. The staff's service was also excellent, and they were perfectly fluent in Japanese. I will definitely stay here again!

Although it's a new building, it's truly designed for Japanese guests, with a clean and Japanese-style interior that really helped me relax after a long business trip. **Note:** It's a bit far from tourist attractions, so the location is more suitable for businessmen familiar with Hanoi business trips.

This is a Japanese-style hotel. The room was clean and nice. The air conditioning can be adjusted via a touchscreen. Breakfast was also excellent.

It feels like a Japanese Super Hotel, but with bigger rooms... Honestly, Hanoi's hotel conditions for the price are often really bad, and I don't think there's any place quite like this one. They also have staff who can speak Korean and Japanese, and it's incomparably better than the 70,000 to 100,000 VND hotels near My Dinh.
