Very close to Haneda Airport, though the signs aren't particularly clear. The room was very clean and just the right size for one person. I especially loved the exfoliating towel provided. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall, a good experience.

The hotel is located directly opposite the international arrivals exit, on the same floor. Head towards Haneda Garden, and you'll see the signs once you're further inside. It's in the same building as the slightly cheaper option, just turn right once you're inside. It's much less crowded here, and it's not self-service; staff will take your luggage to your room. Most rooms are 'King' type and face the river, offering a nice view, though you can't see planes taking off or landing. The rooms are about 20 square meters, with a 2-meter-wide king bed, suitable for one person. Two people with large suitcases might find it a bit cramped. All drinks in the minibar, including alcoholic ones, are complimentary. The toilet isn't separated from the rest of the bathroom, and there's a bathtub. The showerhead isn't great; the overhead one sprays water everywhere, and the handheld one leaks, but hot water is instant. There's a main road outside the window, but the double-glazed windows do a good job of soundproofing, so it's not noisy. However, I woke up early at 6 AM because of light leaking through the curtains – it seems Japanese curtains generally aren't designed for full blackout, which is a common issue. Breakfast includes one main dish with a small buffet. I recommend the Japanese option; the Western sausages and bacon are extremely salty and inedible. Breakfast is optional, and there are many other restaurants available, like ramen shops, offering plenty of choices. Downstairs, you'll find Lawson, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and Heijoen, making shopping and dining very convenient. In my opinion, the benchmark for Japanese airport hotels is the Portom International at New Chitose Airport, and this hotel's quality and taste fall far short of that. Overall, though, it's a good choice if you arrive late or have an early flight, and hotels in Tokyo aren't cheap anyway.

Returned for another stay, and everything is still great—highly recommended. The hygiene is impeccable. The free rooftop hot spring bath is fantastic, with far fewer people than the sister hotel next door, making for a much better atmosphere. The standard room type feels spacious enough for one large suitcase or two smaller ones. The bathroom water pressure is good, and they offer different types of pillows. There's a nice view outside the window. They even have chairs in the elevator! The soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear planes or noise from outside the room. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about.

Located in Haneda Airport Garden, it's a very convenient 5-minute walk at a normal pace to T3 departures and arrivals. The room faced Tokyo Bay and was incredibly quiet. The 10th-floor onsen has three outdoor pools with great views, one of which allows you to lie flat on the stones – incredibly comfortable! Indoors, there are four or five different-sized pools, including natural hot springs, jet massage baths, and carbonated baths. The facility is large, well-designed for efficient movement, impeccably clean, and the service is excellent. After your bath, there's a self-service fridge with Morinaga ice milk for 190 yen. You can charge it to your room and pay at check-out, or use the self-service machine in the resting area by the pools. No need to bring your own bath towels or face towels. Plus, the hotel mini-bar has about five or six types of complimentary beverages.

I didn't use the hot springs. I only took pictures of breakfast, which is a semi-buffet where you can choose between Western or Japanese style. I found both delicious. The semi-buffet had fewer options, but it was still very good, definitely a high-end experience. The room and amenities were luxurious and comfortable. If you're not on a budget, this is the top choice near the airport. To some extent, you could say it's excellent value for money.

As a first stop in Japan, this hotel is quite good. It's conveniently located right inside the airport. The room isn't huge, but it's not cramped either. Breakfast was decent, and the onsen was really nice.
