Good location!! Downstairs have Family market, restaurants, supermarkets… Great self serve coffee and drinks area, including an aperitivo time every day. Just the room need to be clean better.

Our first night in Japan was at this hotel, and it was great! The room was compact but very well-equipped with a fridge, induction hob, and even a washing machine, which was a pleasant surprise! Unfortunately, we only stayed one rushed night. Next time I come to Japan, I'll definitely stay here again!

For our last night in Tokyo, we chose the Shinjuku area so we could easily visit the nearby Shinjuku Gyoen. The room was spacious enough, and the best part was the large balcony, offering fantastic night views of Shinjuku. It truly shines at night!

Facilities included in the package were good, laundry, microwave, cooking equipments were all included with free coffee and free snacks as well. The hotel facilities are quite old, so many corners of the bathroom aren't clean. The room is also small; the shower area floods when you take a shower. It's hard to open two suitcases simultaneously. Although it's advertised as Shinjuku, you still need to take one more stop (to Yotsuya). However, the upside is that the room has a washing machine, dryer, and a microwave.

The room was pretty good. The TV had Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and the area felt very safe and not chaotic at all. Although the room was a bit small, it was clean and tidy. The hairdryer was amazing, I honestly think it's even better than a Dyson, haha! 😂
