Great service by Ibis Styles! My initial room had a funky smell so I requested to change a room. The lady on duty was really helpful in assisting the change and even followed up with me on the room change a day later. (Didn’t managed to get her name but really appreciated her help a lot!)

The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable, and the staff were all very polite. Although it's a 15-minute walk from Ginza, overall I liked it here and would definitely stay again on my next trip to Tokyo.

The booking process was a bit of a hassle, but I won't go into details. I booked a room with a tatami mat, expecting it to be as spacious as my last stay, but it turned out to be really small. There was hardly any room to move around after putting down our luggage, so we ended up booking another hotel.

The front desk offers Chinese-speaking service, and the staff were incredibly helpful. It's less than a 20-minute walk to the heart of Ginza and under 10 minutes to several subway stations, making transportation very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated, and we got a room upgrade, which was surprisingly spacious – much larger than expected. It's also very clean, and there's a rooftop onsen. We're very satisfied.

enjoyed this hotel so much. it is located near to train statikn, just walk less than 10minute! the room are clean. there is onsen to relief our body. there is wifi, hair fryer, iron (upon request). anyway it is limited breakfast and started at 7am, due to time constraint not able to try their breakfast. there is ice cream and laundry also a complimentary drinks as well.

The location need to walk a distance to subway station. As surrounding is local residential, after 8pm is very silent. However the restaurant nearby serve good food and the mini market sell a lot of season fruits with good price.
