Marina Hotel

Staff are really nice and friendly. Hotel is in an excellent location and bed is comfy

Incredible customer service! We arrived late at night, and the staff were super nice and friendly. They quickly arranged everything and kindly upgraded our room type. They also gave us fantastic local restaurant recommendations within easy walking distance. We really appreciated their helpfulness and warm hospitality. Perfect stay! And great location is just opposite HK Busline.

It was very decent room for amount money that u paid. The location is perfect

The female receptionist is helpful and accommodating. However, the male receptionist provides poor customer service. Never initiate in assisting us. When we were checking out, he has a lot of baggage but he’s just looking at us. Not even opened the door to help us.

The place is run down, the air conditioner leaked, despite beung a non smoking room there was an ashtray outside the room next to the lift and you could smell cigarettes in the room. The bed was good though and the staff kindly organised an extra pillow for us.

Really enjoyed our stay at Marina Hotel Hanoi. The location is perfect, right in the Old Quarter, so we could walk to cafes and street food. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. A great base for exploring Hanoi. Would definitely recommend.
