不好，房間有類似飛蟲，找攜程溝通酒店換了房間後，那個房間很悶熱，空調沒有冷風衹是自然風，窗户打不開的，不得不開着門通風，10度的天關門後被迫裸着睡了一晚，否則熱的冒汗，真的沒啥可説的了，除了位置不錯，其他都非常不滿意，三年飛了日本近10次，頭一次遇到。

Good Location, Lawson on the ground floor, walking distance to Shinjuku-sanchome and Shinjuku Station, helpful and friendly staff who speak good English. Also, Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal is just 700m away you can call a taxi if you are carrying many luggages, way cheaper than direct call the taxi send you to airport.

A very basic hotel which was below expectations. A 20 min walking distance from Shinjuku station, the hotel was small with no options to select a bigger room with a bigger bed (double bed was the biggest option). We had to pay extra for cribs which was not common in our experience in Tokyo. With a crib, it would be impossible to move around in the room. The hotel can be rather noisy at night. Not a family friendly hotel.
