Yili Hotel

The hotel has a park where you can run and walk, and it's also very quiet, so I slept soundly. The breakfast was plentiful, with Xinjiang specialties and milk tea.

The hotel's exterior is fantastic. The whole Yili Hotel has excellent greenery, a quiet, historic courtyard, and many century-old trees. The rooms are also very spacious. That's for the hardware. Now, for the service, it's not as good. Building 2 had good service, but in Building 6, it depended on who you got – some were good, some were just okay. The elevator was a bit of a maze, but these weren't big issues. However, one unacceptable problem was the drainpipe, which was probably too old. It constantly made gurgling sounds, every three seconds, making it impossible to sleep. I ended up having to turn on the air conditioning to drown out the pipe noise to get some sleep. But then the AC made it too hot, so I had to open the window all night. Luckily, it was very quiet outside the window. If you're booking, I suggest avoiding Building 6. Oh, and by the way, the stir-fried dishes at breakfast were delicious, but the main courses were just average.

This hotel is grand and boasts a rich history. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to KAZANQI. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service. The hotel itself is actually a tourist attraction worth exploring.

The environment is great, and the room is very spacious. We even got a free upgrade to a family room, which is even bigger! The view from the courtyard is also lovely. The overall ambiance is excellent, and the security is good too. Definitely recommend it.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Since I was traveling with friends, there were 8 of us and we booked 5 rooms. I was so surprised and delighted to find that the larger rooms actually consist of three smaller rooms, meaning everyone could have their own private space. Even the single rooms were quite spacious. The overall environment of the hotel is great, and the breakfast was excellent. Definitely worth visiting again.

Breakfast was great, but Building 6 has terrible soundproofing. You can hear everything – doors opening and closing, even someone coughing clearly. Plus, checking in felt like navigating a maze, going around left and right. The hotel environment itself is very nice, as expected from a government guesthouse. I wonder if Building 3 would have better sound insulation if I get a chance to try it.

Staying here for business trips is very convenient, as it's located right in the city center with excellent transportation links. The hotel has a large garden which is lovely; it's perfect for a pleasant stroll after dinner. The room facilities are cozy, and the one-bedroom, one-living room suite is very spacious.

The hotel boasts a wonderful environment with a spacious courtyard filled with towering trees, and a wooden forest boardwalk over a kilometer long. The breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff at Building 2 helped me carry my luggage to the front desk at Building 6. After checking in, the Building 6 front desk attendant then assisted in taking my suitcase to my room.

The location and environment are absolutely top-notch, making it an excellent choice for accommodation. The guaranteed late check-out until 3 PM is especially recommended for those with evening plans.
