Staying here for the 3rd times. Everything was good. Staff friendly, except i got room with 2single beds instead of king bed. But since we arrived almost 1am so don’t want to trouble ourselves to change room.

The affordable hotel near LRT station Chan Sow Lin. A lot of restaurant and easily access by Grab. The breakfast is basic but nice. The room is spacy and comfort. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From check-in to check-out, every team member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which truly elevated the experience. Look forward to repeat stay again in this hotel.

The bed sheets had visible stains and footprints, and the towels were moldy. Even after requesting a replacement towel, the condition remained the same. The air conditioning control panel was broken, with no visible display lights, making it impossible to adjust the temperature. I requested assistance, but the issue was not resolved.

Location of hotel is pretty near to the major malls in KL via Grab. Room size is adequate for a solo traveller. 24 hours local eatery just below the hotel and there are 2 convenience stores just across which are open round the clock. Strangely when booking for Grab, the location indicated does not have an option for pick up at the lobby and thus all drivers will wait at the main road which is down a flight of stairs, not convenient if it rains or having a big luggage.

A very cozy and big room! Had all the amenities and the bed is also very comfortable. The only concern I have is that I found a bug (not sure what's it's called) at the table and one more at the shower later. (Thus 3/5 rating for cleanliness, although other parts of the room are clean)
But in the end I still have a comfortable sleep. Will definitely come again.

The check-in and check-out process is very fast. The receptionist on duty is friendly. The hotel is very close to and integrated with public transportation, Chan Sow Lin LRT and MRT stations. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The amenities provided are complete.
