Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum, also known as the Terracotta Army, is located about 1.5 kilometers east of the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor and forms part of the extensive necropolis. I knew about the Terracotta Army from textbooks since childhood, but seeing it in person was a completely different experience—it was truly magnificent. Upon closer inspection, it seemed like it wasn't all there was to it, but then I realized it's only a small fraction of the total; there are still so many more terracotta warriors waiting to be excavated and restored. This filled me with awe. Touching history filled me with reverence. Back home, I plan to brush up on my knowledge. History isn't just text in textbooks; it can also be something to be curious about, something to be interested in. Great.
