The room was excellent – clean, bright, and had a lovely scent. The bedding was comfortable, and the service was very good. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and they even offered room service.

We were never informed about the shuttle boat schedule, and when we tried to pre-book tennis courts and restaurants, we were told they were full, only to find them empty upon arrival. If the weather's bad, it's a really unpleasant experience. The front desk staff's attitude towards Chinese guests was pretty mediocre too. Plus, the promised Chinese-speaking reception that Trip.com guaranteed was nowhere to be found. Doesn't feel worth the price.
