A huge thank you to Lily! She reached out even before check-in to ask about my needs, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was spotless, and the twin beds were a generous 1.35m each. The sofa between them provided a nice sense of privacy. The service was truly excellent; our butler added us on WeChat and had the room ready in advance. My child absolutely loved the welcome bear! The recommended breakfast noodles were delicious too. We'll definitely be back for another stay!

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to Trinity Bosch. What's truly impressive are the comprehensive facilities. Everything from high-speed Wi-Fi and smart room controls to a gym and a heated pool is available. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bedding and the well-designed, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The staff were warm and attentive, even following up with a call to check on my satisfaction, which shows great attention to detail. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel service was excellent, with a dedicated butler who pre-arranged our room. It offered great value for money and was perfect for a wonderful vacation. The room was cleaned meticulously, and the floor was very quiet, allowing for a good night's rest. Plus, there's a robot that delivers takeaways, which is incredibly convenient!

The hotel service is excellent, and it offers great value for money, with complimentary room upgrades. The noodles at breakfast are delicious too. The room was clean and tidy. The service was also excellent. I booked the last available room, and they thoughtfully arranged a room for me. They also provided a complimentary fruit platter. Free parking was a plus, and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast was abundant and very satisfying. Our products were also displayed well.

The hotel facilities are all quite good. There's a swimming pool on the 7th floor, and it's free for guests. The lady at the front desk on the 6th floor was very enthusiastic and even gave us complimentary ice cream, which was a nice touch!

On a business trip to Changsha Economic Development Zone, and wow, the Crowne Plaza Changsha is amazing! The facilities are new and super clean, and the bathroom has a separate shower and a smart toilet. The welcome setup and fruit were a lovely touch. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip.

True to the Crowne Plaza brand, the hotel's service was excellent, and the room's bedding was very comfortable. They even gave us a complimentary welcome teddy bear, which was adorable! This first stay gave me a truly amazing experience; it's the only hotel I'd want to stay in long-term. It's also very convenient in Changsha County and offers great value for money. From check-in to check-out, everything was incredibly comfortable. During my stay, the gym was open 24/7, and the pool was open until 11 PM. The pool was also spacious and comfortable—100 points! You could easily spend all your time relaxing at the hotel. With the hot summer weather, the hotel even provided free popsicles for guests, bringing back so many childhood memories. An old-school popsicle was incredibly refreshing! Thumbs up! It was a perfect two-day holiday, and I genuinely recommend everyone to come and experience it. Highly recommended!
