This was my first stay at this hotel and overall, it was a great experience. The service was exceptional, from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the view from the window was lovely. The Guest Relations Manager followed up throughout my stay and even provided a gift, which was a nice touch. The hotel service was attentive and detailed. The front desk staff greeted us with smiles and were very efficient. The room was spacious and bright, the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows were comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. The location is super convenient; a subway station and a shopping mall are right downstairs, making dining and shopping effortless. All the staff were very polite and responded quickly to our requests. Check-out was simple and fast. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and great value for money.

Changsha County, despite being one of the top ten counties nationwide, has long suffered from the lack of international chain hotels, with only 'fake' foreign brands filling the void. Thanks to the efforts of local owners, two IHG hotels, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express, have finally been signed. The development of Crowne Plaza in Changsha has also faced its challenges. The Crowne Plaza on Wuyi Square was once one of Changsha's most renowned international chain hotels, but due to age and deteriorating rooms, the owner couldn't afford renovations. It was eventually delisted and became Accor's Grand Mercure, and then finally an independent hotel. The new generation 2.0 Crowne Plaza breaks away from the monotony and dullness of traditional business hotels. This stay marks my 70th night as a Diamond member this year, making it a very significant one. Guest Relations Manager Sunny was extremely efficient. Although we never met in person, she perfectly arranged all the check-in details and even helped upgrade me to a suite. The benefits for Diamond members were thoroughly explained. The suite was nearly 100 square meters. The previous golden hues have been replaced with lighter colors like white and grey, giving the room a more home-like feel. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views, including a partial glimpse of Songya Lake. The breakfast bakery items were a delightful surprise. Raw donuts, matcha pistachio cake, and German Black Forest cake are rarely seen, indicating the pastry chef's dedication. The rice noodle toppings were also incredibly varied, with options like spare ribs, minced meat sauce, and beef brisket to choose from.

To my delightful surprise, upon check-in, the friendly front desk attendant immediately recognized my booking and, with a smile, informed us: 'We've prepared everything according to your request, and we've even upgraded your room!' The room not only perfectly met my initial requests – it was quiet and conveniently located – but also came with an unexpected upgrade to a premium room with a spectacular view. The city skyline from the window was truly stunning. Adding to the thoughtful touches, we found complimentary welcome fruits and a handwritten welcome card on the table – these small details truly made us feel cherished. The room itself was impeccably clean, boasting modern amenities, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. This stay truly highlighted the seamless coordination between the hotel's front and back-of-house teams, demonstrating a genuine commitment to anticipating and fulfilling guest needs. This sense of being respected and valued far exceeded all my expectations. Your professionalism and genuine care significantly enhanced my trip, adding a profound sense of happiness. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I couldn't hear any footsteps from the hallway. The location was absolutely fantastic! Right downstairs at the intersection, there's a subway entrance and a shopping mall. With options like Cha Yan Yue Se and Hunan restaurants just around the corner, you can easily grab food and drinks whenever you like.
