Very good vibe, good location, lovely rooms. Excellent stay.

When i made reservations trip.com charged while reservation. When i checked in they asked for credit card deposit and they blocked approximately 600 usd .After hours again they charged full payment which i was paid to Trip.com already .when i called them they told me they did the recieved payment from trip.com. So after some hour they called said sorry we did wrong while you check out we will return money. It is about 1 week i am still waiting money to be returned to my credit card which was charged without my permission.By the way they wasn’t blocked anount they just charged 3700$ .About the rooms i never suggested bungoliw tents.insects everywhere ….

The hotel is really nice however I got sick eating at the beach club - and didn’t get to enjoy anything. I ordered the shrimp burger and a green juice and got food poisoning from it.

Pros and Cons It’s a great property, the design of the cabins is well done, and the vibe is cool. My cabin didn’t have coffee provided (or TV) or a desk, and the sink and toilet were outside which is tough for me as I got bitten by mosquitoes almost every time I stepped outside. It’s jungle living which has its pros and cons. Wouldn’t take much to make this a true luxury resort.

No comment I gotta give props to the outdoor jungle experience, but the fact that the room had a terrible humid smell was bad specially at nights. The worst was when we had raccoons at night banging on our bathroom doors constantly. The food at the restaurants is not your typical so be ready to spend somewhere else.

******* should have made it clear that the beach is covered in seaweed and swimming isn’t possible during this season. If I had known that, I would have booked a trip elsewhere… A disastrous vacation.
