I stayed for two consecutive nights. The first night, I could only book a twin room, and I have to say, the twin room was much larger than the king room. The hotel's location is very convenient, about a fifteen-minute taxi ride from the airport. For the price during Chinese New Year, this hotel offers great value for money given its location. The front desk gave us a souvenir when we checked in, and there's a 200 MYR deposit which is returned upon check-out. Honestly, the hotel elevator had a very strange smell...

Facilities: The facilities are very convenient. Hygiene: Extremely clean. Environment: The location is excellent. Service: The front desk service is very patient. I chose this hotel by chance, and I was pleasantly surprised by its fantastic location. It's close to a snack street and many trendy restaurants.

I can't even bother to take pictures of how dilapidated this place is, I'm afraid it'll make my phone dirty, seriously! It's no different from sleeping on the street, with motorcyclists racing around all night. Staying in a McDonald's for a night might even be quieter. What bad luck to stay in this dump!

The front desk service attitude wasn't great. The hardware is newly renovated, but all the bedding was incredibly old. On the first day, they gave us four pillows that were impossibly high. I asked housekeeping for two shorter ones, but they were mismatched in height. They only provided one thin and small duvet, and by the third day, I couldn't take it anymore and had to ask for another. The motorcycle noise at night was unbearable. The biggest advantage here is probably its convenience.

The room was decent. It's an older hotel, but the cleanliness inside was pretty good. Service was just so-so; they were stingy with extra water. The location is quite good, right next to Gaya Street.

Very comfortable hotel. when finished checking in while taking the elevator to the room, the smell of the elevator was very fragrant and soothing. The room was comfortable, the floor had carpet, otherwise of course your feet would feel cold. The toilet equipment was good. The smell of the shower gel was like the smell of laundry detergent😅but it was okay. The air conditioner was cold, the room had a window with a beautiful view of the city and the soothing sea.

The hotel is quiet and comfortable, with friendly front desk service. The rooms are meticulously cleaned and tidy. It's located in a bustling area, just a 10+ minute walk to the speedboat and Jesselton Point jetties, passing through a shopping mall. There's a dam in front where you can enjoy the sunset, making the location absolutely superb. The hotel itself is also an architectural landmark worth checking out. Highly recommended, very satisfied.
