Great location, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. However, breakfast quality was inconsistent. Some days it was good, while other days it was just average. On our last day, most of the food ran out and we had to wait for it to be refilled. We also requested extra towels twice but never received them.

There were mosquitoes on the first night, which I had to kill myself. On the second night, I woke up itching in the morning and my legs were covered in hard, red bumps. A week after coming back, it's still unbearably itchy. I extended my stay for a second night, but no one cleaned the room, replenished the water, or paid any attention to me. When my ride arrived at the entrance, there was no doorman. Aside from being close to One Nimman, this hotel in Chiang Mai is a total rip-off.

The hotel staff were very friendly during check-in. After watching Muay Thai in the evening, it started pouring rain. When I got back in a tuk-tuk, the driver didn't have change, and I was soaking wet. I rushed into the hotel and asked the front desk for help with some small change. The lady at the front desk immediately stopped what she was doing and quickly went to the drawer to help me out. It was so thoughtful, I really appreciate it. Plus, the hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. Nimman One and Maya Mall are right across the street, so it's pretty much in the city center.

The room is quite spacious, and the large daybed by the window could easily sleep two more people 😃. The hotel's location is fantastic—right across from One Nimman and very close to MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Center. It's super convenient for shopping and dining, grabbing a cab to get around is a breeze, and it's only about a 20-minute drive from the airport. The only downside is that the bar across the street plays music very loudly until around 12:30 AM, which disrupted our sleep a bit.

My family loves the hotel's perfect location right in the heart of Nimman, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff are always friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. On the first night of this visit, our room was affected by some noise from a nearby bar. I mentioned it to the hotel the next day, and the team responded immediately by arranging another room for us. The new room was exceptionally quiet, and we were very impressed by how quickly and professionally they handled the situation.
