This is the worst hotel I have ever been. This hotel should be demolished. There's a lot of cockroaches. Like thousands. I'm not lying but you sleep with roaches crawling on your bed! I have to sleep in my telekung. You see them everywhere! In sink, around toilet bowl, on the cabinet, in the mug! So please don't book. Also the lobby is like a ******* motel. No effort to at least make it look better. The walkways from receptionist to lift is shops, tailor shops. It's like old mall concept. I was confused if this is N. Korea style hotel. Look at the window? Whose the hell blood it belongs to? Aircond not functioning.. Everything smells. Sometimes you smell the chinese prayer smoke in your room. For the price? It's ridiculous . They don't deserve even 1 star!

Nice place to stay with a big room and space...very comfortable and quite...near the police station, mall sogo...fixed parking with charge rm 7.00 per entry and must scan to counter to validate

Room & Toilet are clean. Just towel quite small. To use an iron, you must go to another section outside near lift. Quite scary if you alone. Wifi are good.

Always budget hotel of choices when visiting KL for shopping or attending the event nearby. Very close to public transport, shopping mall, foodies and feel safe.

I stayed at Grand Campbell Hotel mainly because of its convenient location near Sogo Kuala Lumpur, which is definitely a plus if you plan to shop or explore the city. However, the experience was quite underwhelming overall.
First, I was disappointed to find cockroaches in the room — a clear sign that cleanliness needs serious improvement. The customer service also lacked warmth; the staff rarely smiled or made guests feel welcome, which really affected the overall impression.
The breakfast was just so-so, nothing memorable or particularly tasty. It’s fine for a quick bite, but don’t expect much variety or quality.
Overall, the location is good, but the hotel really needs to improve on cleanliness, hospitality, and food quality to make the stay worthwhile.
