When exchanging our tickets, we told them the names of the stations up to the intermediate station, but they issued tickets all the way to the final stop, Wangsimni. Since we were planning to get off at the intermediate station, we told them that again when we boarded the bus. I'm not sure if there's a luggage order to consider, but I think it's a good idea to mention that just in case. Issuing the tickets was easy and very convenient.★

I bought a round-trip ticket. Upon arriving at Incheon Airport, I showed my voucher at the counter. I told them the date of my outbound and return tickets, and received my return ticket. The purchase process was smooth, which was a great help. Buses are definitely the easiest option.★

If your accommodation is not near Ueno or Nippori, you don't need to transfer on this line; you can directly use the subway.
The trains are in excellent condition, and the service and environment are top-notch. All seats are reserved. Tickets purchased through Ctrip are instantly valid, and you can also buy them on-site, which is very convenient.★

The Osaka Amazing Pass is absolutely fantastic! I used the 2-day pass and was able to pass through Osaka Castle immediately without waiting. I also got to board the Tempozan Ferris Wheel and the Dotonbori Cruise right away (I highly recommend booking the Winter Cruise online), and got free entry to Tsutenkaku Tower, among other things. I used it so, so well. Needless to say, using the subway was amazing—I could go as many times as I wanted. It’s just so good, highly recommended!
