Facilities: Overall, no major issues, pretty standard, everything you'd expect was there. However, problems like loose power outlets in the room, no delivery robots so you have to pick up takeout downstairs, and light leakage from the blackout curtains were quite prominent. Cleanliness: The mouthwash cups, Collins glasses, and the inside of the kettle had significant fluff residue. The kettle and table also had uncleaned liquid stains. The full-length mirror had large stains. Environment: There aren't many supermarkets or restaurants nearby. It's very close to the train station and they offer shuttle service. The pool is clean but only opens at 12 PM, so if you're an early morning swimmer, you should check the times beforehand. Overall, it's suitable for a brief stopover if you're catching a high-speed train. The linens and amenities are definitely commendable, and the room layout is quite spacious. The service was also good.

Five-star rating, absolutely! I chose this hotel specifically for a concert, and the location is fantastic – super close to the venue. The hotel even thoughtfully provides a shuttle service, so getting around was completely stress-free. I especially want to commend Davina at the front desk; her service was incredibly heartwarming! Seeing that we were traveling as a family, she proactively upgraded our room and even arranged connecting rooms, which was incredibly considerate and thoughtful. Our entire stay was perfect, and I'll definitely be staying here again for future shows!

The room was clean and tidy, and the living environment was very comfortable. My family and I were all very satisfied, and we will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip!

The service is fine, if you don't mind not having air conditioning in the summer and a terrible shower. 1. The AC was so hot that my pajamas were soaked, and both my child and I woke up sweating. It was even hotter than outside! An engineer did come to fix it around midnight, but we still woke up hot. 2. The water heater was so scalding hot I couldn't wash my hair, and after showering, I felt even hotter. Don't ask why I didn't adjust the temperature, I couldn't. 3. I looked it up, and people were already complaining about this issue back in 2023.

The hotel room was spacious and bright, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff were very helpful. We were able to store our luggage for free while we took a day trip to Yueyang, and the hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station.

🚇 **Location:** Traveling with kids for a competition at the Exhibition Center, it's a convenient 10-minute walk to the venue. It's also very close to Guangda Station for lines 2 and 4, just a 3-minute walk. However, there aren't many buses or taxis around, so the metro is your main mode of transport. 😎 **Front Desk:** The service at the front desk was great. I originally booked an executive king room, but they proactively upgraded us to a suite. One minor inconvenience is that the hotel doesn't deliver takeaways to your room; you have to go down to the lobby to pick them up. I'd suggest getting a couple of robots to help deliver food to the rooms. ☕ **Room Cleanliness:** The room was pretty clean; I didn't check every corner, but everything visible seemed fine. However, if you plan to use the capsule coffee machine, make sure to run it through with water a few times first, as there were some coffee grounds left inside. The room was incredibly quiet – you couldn't hear a single sound at night. 🌼 **Bathroom:** The hot water for the shower was excellent, but the shampoo and conditioner weren't great. Also, the shower door doesn't seal well, so water leaks out onto the floor. You might slip if you're wearing the disposable slippers. Thankfully, they provide plastic slippers for showering, which is a nice touch! 🍲 **Breakfast:** Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. Plus, it starts at 6:30 AM, which is a huge bonus! This is super convenient for those who need to get an early start for competitions. 🎈 **Laundry Room:** There's a laundry room, but it's on the third floor of the neighboring Ibis hotel. They have five washing machines and five dryers, which is plenty. Both hotels share a lobby, so you just go through the main entrance, past the reception desk, and take the Ibis elevator up to the third floor. However, the dryers aren't as efficient as those at Atour or Hanting; it takes about 2 hours to dry clothes.

The location is unbeatable. Just a few steps downstairs is the Guangda Metro Station. For those attending anime conventions who don't wear makeup, you can find various makeup artists right by the subway exit. Across the street is the International Exhibition Center, clearly visible from the hotel, so there's no need to worry about getting lost. The hotel's coffee prices are very reasonable, and the breakfast is plentiful. Perhaps understanding that young attendees need to change and remove makeup after an exhibition, they didn't rush us to check out before noon like other hotels do, allowing my child ample time to get ready. It was a really thoughtful gesture. The hotel environment is excellent. Opening the window offers a view of the city's twinkling lights, yet the room itself is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. What deserves special thanks is this: My child accidentally left a bag behind while tidying the room, and we only realized it when the hotel's duty manager called us. They immediately arranged for a courier to send it to us. We are extremely grateful for their help.

I booked this hotel for the Christine Fan concert! The front desk lady was incredibly sweet and helpful. When I checked in, she gently asked if I was there for the concert and then told me the hotel offers a shuttle service to the Exhibition Center for the show. They even included breakfast! The room had a great view too. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!
