環境很不錯，位置在西溪濕地裏麪，交通也很方便，距離地鐵口就幾百米，對面還有大型的商圈，吃喝玩都便利。前台的服務也是很熱情，有什麼需求都響應的很及時，整體入住的非常滿意。

來杭州西溪遊玩兒，恰好看花間堂就在濕地公園邊上，步行5分鐘距離；又是寵物友好酒店，就趁週末拖家帶口來了。非常滿意的一次體驗，前台小姐姐熱情美麗，送了小禮物。早餐味道不錯，還專門給毛孩子也準備了一份，驚喜！期待有時間再次入住。

環境：酒店位於西溪濕地公園景區，步行即可前往景點，停車方便，環境怡人，對面就是萬象城商業區。
客房： 選擇了庭院房，有大浴缸泡澡🛁，有小貓會到院子裏玩耍。 房門的隔音略略差了點，一早能聽到其他客人在外面大聲打電話。
衞生與服務： 客房服務周到，衞生也OK
