Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel

The hotel is great, and the staff are really helpful. They even helped mail back something I left behind, which was fantastic.

My stay at the Sheraton this time was fantastic! The hotel environment was comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly and polite, making for a pleasant experience. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'd definitely choose the Sheraton again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommended!

Before the end of the summer vacation, I brought my kids to Guangzhou and booked two deluxe twin rooms at Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel for two nights. Hotel Location: It's right by Exit D of Tiyu Xilu metro station. The hotel's first floor connects directly to Teemall, and Parc Central and Grandview Mall are also linked, making transportation very convenient. Whether it's malls, restaurants, or various community cafes, everything is nearby – extremely convenient. Room Facilities: We stayed in the most basic twin room, which was quite spacious and roomy. From our 15th-floor room, we could see the pool, offering a nice view. The room facilities were well-maintained, practical, and functional. Food and Beverage Service: The kids couldn't get up early in the mornings, and we wanted to try dim sum at nearby restaurants, so we didn't book breakfast. We bought a 3-drink pass at the lobby cafe and enjoyed coffee there, which was quite pleasant. Hotel Service: It was standard five-star service. After we arrived at the airport, my child realized they had left something in the room. The hotel proactively contacted us and arranged to have it sent home. We're very grateful for that. The hotel's location is excellent, so there are many business travelers and tourists. The first floor of the hotel is always bustling with people, which is great – where there are people, there's business.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with smart toilet features. We received complimentary fruit, which was a nice touch. The executive lounge offered a wide variety of food. From the 30th floor, we had a great view of the sports center and stadium. The environment was lovely, and being right next to TeeMall made shopping enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff, especially the 'little brother' (young male staff member), was very helpful. We appreciate being assigned to a quiet floor. The breakfast was rich and satisfying. Very happy with our stay.

Convenient location, clean and hygienic, and the Chinese restaurant offers excellent value for money.

Extremely satisfied! The location is super convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. The lobby has direct access to Teemall, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. The views are expansive, and the room was comfortable and cozy. Overall, a really great stay experience.
