Vey great location, close to both metro and jr. A lots of food even at night and the area is very active( might be a little scary at night for women who travel alone). There are 7-11 and lawson close by. The room is great alittle smaller than I though. There was a cloth dryer in room very helpful and convenient. There were also laundry at the second floor. It self check-in with computer but if there were some problems there will be staff assist. Also free luggage storage which is also very convenient.

Every time I visit Japan, I make sure to book this hotel. The location and atmosphere are excellent. **Subway:** From Haneda Airport, you can take the Keikyu Airport Line directly to the hotel without any transfers. **Food:** There are plenty of great restaurants around the hotel. If you haven't had enough to eat near the attractions, you can easily find an izakaya or yakiniku place nearby. There's even Torikizoku right across from the subway exit, just a five-minute walk from the hotel. **Facilities:** This is a self-service hotel. Compared to my previous visits, it seems they've added more luggage lockers. The laundry room is opposite the front desk, though it's pay-per-use. Inside the laundry room, there's an ice machine where you can get free ice. The lobby also has a microwave and a vending machine, so if you need water, you can buy it directly there without having to leave the hotel, which feels safer. **Cleanliness:** The bathroom is exceptionally clean; even the faucets are sparkling. **Environment:** The hotel is generally very quiet. You don't hear much noise, which I attribute to my request for a quieter room in advance. If you don't make such a request, you might be placed near the elevator, which can get noisy when there are a lot of people. **Service:** Housekeeping staff come to the room daily for some light cleaning. They always knock politely before entering.

Transportation is super convenient, Asakusabashi Station is just 100 meters away. The hotel environment is pretty good and it offers great value for money in Tokyo. The robot at the front desk is quite amusing. If you encounter any issues, there's a call service button, and staff usually come to help within a minute of pressing it. Overall, it's a good place, especially for first-time visitors to Tokyo.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Asakusabashi JR Station. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants right next to the hotel, and we even found some amazing yakitori nearby. The room facilities are pretty standard for a Tokyo hotel – small but clean. The self-check-in at the front desk uses two robots, which were a bit startling at first glance!

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials I needed. The location is unbeatable - it's just a stone's throw away from Asakusabashi Station (A16, Asakusa Line), making it super convenient to explore Tokyo. There are plenty of eateries nearby, Check in and check out instructions and procedures are easy-to-follow procedures. Convenient luggage storage .

The hotel room size is just enough for couple. Cleanliness is good. Very easy to check in and out. Location very convenient. The only bad point is laundry service quite expensive. But luckily have LG styler in the room.

Location strategic, very clean. Have robot check in which makes it fast. Have LG styler to sanitise ur clothes which is useful after a whole day out. Provided basic amenities which allowed light travelling.. night gowns... Toothpastes.

My stay this time was just so-so. The hotel's location is pretty good, with convenient access to Tokyo Station and Senso-ji Temple, and getting to the airport is also easy. Throughout my stay, check-in and check-out were handled entirely by a robot front desk. I didn't see a single human staff member from start to finish. The robot looked a bit stiff and scary, which made for a less-than-ideal service experience. In terms of cleanliness, it was only average. The room itself was pretty standard, and the bathroom had a bit of an odor, which slightly affected my overall experience.
