The environment, hygiene, and service are all excellent. We particularly loved the family room; the kids had a blast, and the bedding was super comfortable. The owners were very warm and chatty. When we mentioned Yunnan mushrooms, they even took us to the local market. The owner is a fantastic cook; we had an amazing mushroom feast prepared by them – absolutely delicious! 👍👍👍

The inn has a great location, beautiful decor, and the owner is super friendly. They recommended great food spots and sightseeing routes in the ancient city, which made for an excellent experience. When I left, I forgot something, and the owner didn't hesitate to help me mail it back. I hope their business continues to thrive!

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied, and I'd like to recommend it to anyone planning a visit: Regarding the location: The hotel is very easy to find, right inside Lijiang Old Town. It's only a 5-minute walk to Sifang Street, and dining and shopping are very convenient nearby. Getting around is completely stress-free. Infrastructure: The lobby has a very stylish design, with a rustic, wooden structure. The courtyard and corridors are very clean. The facilities in the room are complete, the air conditioning cools quickly, the Wi-Fi is stable, and there are many TV channels. Plus, thoughtful touches like multiple kettles and cloth slippers make the stay very comfortable. Room and cleanliness: The room was even more spacious and bright than I expected, with excellent ventilation. The bedding was just the right firmness, very relaxing to sleep on. The toilet and shower are separated (wet/dry), and the hot water comes out quickly. I also really liked the scent of the toiletries. The overall cleaning was very thorough, even the corners were spotless. I'd give full marks for hygiene. Service attitude: The owner at the front desk was very efficient with check-in and even thoughtfully provided two cans of oxygen. Their attitude was very gentle. When we caught a cold, they would make us fresh ginger brown sugar water every day and kindly offered extra thick blankets. They also helped us book discounted round-trip transfers to the train station and transportation to various scenic spots, which brought a lot of convenience to our trip. Value for money: The main point is that this quality combined with this price is truly excellent value! The room we booked was very cost-effective for this area. It's the kind of place I would rebook. In summary, whether for tourism or business, this place is very suitable. I will definitely choose this hotel first next time I visit.
