Clean hotel, easy check in and out process. Walking distance to pavilion mall and klcc. Will stay again when visiting kl.

Comfortable bed but flat pillows on both beds that should be replaced. The room was quite dark at night as this could probably be Novotel's theme as i encountered the same in BKK. The brighter lights are at foyer, wardrobe and toilet (with constant blower) instead. Parking is rm 5/day with narrow ramp to B2 that was challenging for MPV. A very convenient location to go Pavillion mall with supermarket, restaurants and eateries.

行政房。房型設計一般，面積尚可。衞生條件及服務還好。地理位置比較優越，窗外景觀不錯。距離吉隆坡最熱鬧的雙子塔也比較近。性價比較高。
