Millennium Mitsui Garden Hotel Tokyo - Ginza

The hotel is right outside Exit A1 of Higashi-Ginza Station on the Hibiya Line. It's about a 100-meter walk from Exit A5/A3 of Ginza Station on the Ginza Line (Ginza Exit A5 B1 is a Sapporo Black Label beer stand). The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. I booked two nights with breakfast for one day. They gave me a breakfast voucher that could be used on any day within its validity, which was quite flexible. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, with one main course to choose from six options, and salads, bread, and drinks available for self-service. Overall, the variety isn't as extensive as Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama, but its location is excellent. All subway stations are within a 5-minute walk, which is super convenient.

Excellent! Great location, great service, and very clean. The room wasn't large, but the layout was incredibly efficient, even fitting in a small coffee table and sofa. So convenient! The view of Ginza from the window was also exceptionally beautiful.

This hotel is perfectly located right across from Ginza Mitsukoshi. I booked a twin room, and it was a good size; we could easily open two 28-inch suitcases without any issues. The room was very clean, and the amenities were excellent. While I could occasionally hear some street noise at night, it wasn't a major problem, as location and cleanliness are my top priorities. The only drawback was during my 7-day stay when, one morning, the front desk called me. Their English was really poor. I tried to explain that I hadn't requested a wake-up call or room cleaning, and that I wanted to sleep, but she said she didn't understand and then hung up without an apology! Later, I went down to the front desk, and the staff member there was very friendly. She explained that the colleague who called had already left and that it was likely a wrong number, then sincerely apologized. I really urge the hotel to improve staff training on customer service, especially over the phone. Even though it was just a call, I could clearly sense the impatience from the front desk! Thank you.

I chose this hotel after reading other guests' reviews, and it truly lives up to the praise for its convenient location. It was less than a 20-minute taxi ride from Haneda Airport. When I arrived, I went out alone to find food, and there were plenty of options nearby. The room was small but quite well-appointed. The next day, I walked to Tsukiji Market for lunch, which took about fifteen minutes. After exploring, I took the subway back, and the hotel entrance was right there. The breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was decent enough. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The hotel's location is great, and other reviews have already covered it in detail. From Haneda Airport, you can take the subway directly to the hotel's nearest exit, Higashi-Ginza A1 on the Keikyu Line, which has a vertical elevator. Getting back to Haneda Airport was a bit roundabout; you need to go to platform 1 to catch the train, and it takes about thirty-something minutes to reach the airport. My husband and I were traveling with our thirteen-year-old child, and the hotel wouldn't allow us to stay in a double room; we had to book an additional room, which led to extra expenses. For the last two days, we switched to a triple room and paid the difference at the front desk. The hotel's cleanliness was acceptable. I suspect the previous occupants of our room might have been *foreigners from a specific country, as there was an unremovable body odor that made me dizzy. Due to the language barrier, I couldn't communicate this, so we just put up with it. I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, so I don't know if they have any, even though there were indeed many Chinese guests. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, with six main options and other self-serve items. The choices were almost identical for all three mornings, and I really couldn't find anything to my taste. I regretted booking the hotel breakfast; it would have been more delicious and cost-effective to eat at a nearby cafe. This was not a good experience, so whether I'll stay here again in the future is up to fate.

The room was quite spacious for a Tokyo hotel, easily accommodating two 28-inch suitcases spread out. It was meticulously cleaned. We switched rooms once during our stay, and the housekeeping staff tidied everything up and helped us move our belongings. The location is very convenient for getting around.

I had initially booked another hotel for a few days, but my experience here was so fantastic that I canceled the other booking and extended my stay. The design is stylish, it's clean and comfortable, and the subway station is right outside. It's definitely a great choice.
