The attraction comprises six distinct zones: the 1942·Youth Zone, Mission Hills Huayi Brothers Feng Xiaogang Movie Town - Nanyang Tide Zone, Old Beijing Zone, Beautiful Countryside Shishan Village Zone, and the Stars Avenue. Each themed area recreates iconic film settings while offering diverse dining, entertainment, shopping, cinemas, cafes, bars, and boutique hotels. With unforgettable cinematic backdrops, rich nostalgic ambiance, and day-to-night commercial streets, this integrated destination combines architectural tourism, film tourism, and commercial tourism—vividly showcasing the architectural evolution and urban charm of Chinese streetscapes across a century of historical periods.

The 1942·Youth Scenic Area recreates scenes from the films "Back to 1942" and "Youth," bringing the cinematic world to life. The 1942 section replicates Chongqing streets from "Back to 1942," featuring 91 buildings showcasing the architectural styles of four major Yangtze River cities (Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, and Chongqing) from the 1920s–1940s. Among these, 25 structures are meticulously restored based on historical photographs, including the Xishan Bell Tower, Cathay Theater, and Shanghai Rongguang Grand Theater—each with its own nostalgic story waiting to be discovered.

Fanghua AttractionThis attraction was specifically designed and built for the 2017 New Year film "Youth," serving as the primary filming location for 80% of the movie's scenes. The site features a screen wall, basketball court, rehearsal hall, practice room, swimming pool, changing room, prop storage, and military supply depot. To authentically recreate the 1970s Chinese era, every detail—from architectural design to interior decor, from the ubiquitous red slogans down to individual swimming pool tiles—strictly adheres to period-accurate aesthetics, immersing visitors in the bygone era.

Mission Hills Huayi Brothers Feng Xiaogang Movie Town - Nanyang Quarter is located along a 300m waterfront, featuring 70 buildings that blend Chinese and foreign architectural styles with distinctive Nanyang charm. The attraction showcases fascinating Nanyang-style architectural clusters including nostalgic memorial arches, piers, clock towers, and bridges that capture the essence of the era.Nanyang StreetIt vividly showcases the Belt and Road Initiative and Hainan's regional characteristics, authentically recreating Nanyang-style architecture and streets while faithfully presenting commercial scenes like martial arts schools, pawnshops, tailor shops, herbal medicine stores, herbal tea stalls, and bakeries. The full-day performances immerse visitors in a multidimensional cultural tourism experience, completely recreating the grandeur and prosperity of the historic "Xia Nanyang" migration – one of China's three great population movements.

Old Beijing attractionThis architectural complex captures the essence of old Beijing's charm, authentically recreating the city's historical ambiance from the founding of New China through the 1970s. Towering bell and drum towers stand alongside Ming-Qing era structures and imposing Soviet-style buildings, showcasing a grand, dignified yet minimalist aesthetic. The design faithfully embodies Beijing's cultural heritage, with special nods to the hutong alleyways featured in the film "Mr. Six," amplifying the authentic Beijing flavor.

Shishan Village scenic attractionThis Haikou volcanic area features distinctive stone village architecture, built around natural volcanic craters with a lighthouse as the centerpiece, creating a beautiful rural landscape. The attraction embraces an immersive experience concept, recreating traditional Hainan crafts like sugarcane pressing, brown sugar making, and Li brocade weaving through live demonstrations. Children can enjoy the Squirrel Theater and animal farm feeding activities, while the exit area hosts a farmers' market selling local Haikou specialties, fully engaging visitors with interactive fun. Inspired by the "bird's nest" from the movie If You Are the One 2, the redesigned hotel and volcano-themed guesthouses allow visitors to relive cinematic moments while offering unique accommodation experiences.

The Star Avenue is set up along the corridor at the main entrance of the attraction, featuring handprints and signatures of top-tier Chinese film stars and directors. Inspired by Hollywood's Walk of Fame and Hong Kong's Avenue of Stars, each 1.2m-high Art Deco-style pedestal is crafted from solid marble through manual cutting, carving, and polishing, allowing visitors to take photos with their favorite celebrities' handprints.
