The hotel is directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3, so you don't even have to leave the airport; you can access it straight from the departure hall. It's incredibly convenient, especially for transfers. The breakfast was also excellent and varied.

Booked this as arrived into haneda late so just need a nearby hotel. Easy to find at departure hall. Check in and check out are all via terminal and also need to pay for local tax during check in via credit card. Small room but guess no choice. Breakfast in hotel is actually very good. We enjoyed it

Hotel location is a quite close to airport departure/arrival hall, so very convenience even arrived at midnight. I stayed at this hotel many time, but room is cleanliness every time.

It was a really nice hotel. It just near the Terminal 3 of the Haneda airport. So if your flight is depart or Arrival at Terminal 3 it’s the best place to stay.

The location of The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3 was covenient as we arrived too late to travel into Tokyo. The hotel itself was easy to check into and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Wish we could stay longer.
