The room's location is great, and being on the 17th floor this stay made it pretty quiet. Although the room is small, it was very clean. A good experience overall, better than I expected.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The room was clean and tidy, but quite small; we couldn't even open the door fully once our 28-inch suitcase was laid out in front of it. We stayed here purely for the convenience of shopping in Shinjuku, with Takashimaya and Isetan department stores nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants.

Excellent location, easy to access to JR shinjuku station. Adequate space to put a few luggages in room. We have good view from hotel. Although it is located at the busy street but it is really quiet.

It was not a good experience for me to walk down stairs from B1 to B2 for breakfast as my knee is not good enough and there are almost 30 steps. Quite hard for ppl like me. Although the location of hotel is great, the room is really tiny. I expected it would be bigger.

The room was really small, but the location was incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The staff were all nice, and you could even see Godzilla from across the street!

Location is good just a few step to metro. The room is nice but quite small as usual. Everything is fine during my stay. Recommend to stay here when you come to Tokyo

The hygiene is good, and it's cleaned daily. However, it is an older hotel, so no matter how careful you are, water from the shower head always splashes outside the shower. That's the downside of the wet-and-dry separation design. But overall, the service is excellent. The location is superb, which is why I always stay at Shinjuku Prince whenever I go to Tokyo. You can even see Godzilla right across the street!
