1. The hotel is about 300 meters from Kabukicho, making it very convenient for exploring Shinjuku. 2. Seibu Shinjuku Station is right downstairs, but keep in mind this is not the same as JR Shinjuku Station. JR Shinjuku is a bit of a walk, and Shinjuku Station itself is huge. It takes about 15 minutes to get from the hotel to board a train at JR Shinjuku. If you have a large suitcase, I'd recommend taking a taxi from JR Shinjuku or transferring to Seibu Shinjuku Station via another train, rather than walking. 3. The hotel rooms are quite small, typical for Japan. A double room consists of two beds and a nightstand, and you're at the door in about five steps. There's only enough space near the entrance to open a 26-inch suitcase, and once it's open, the door can't open completely (good for safety at night, but you'll have to squeeze out sideways). 4. Breakfast is good, but expect queues. 5. The lobby on B1 has a quiet area suitable for working.

The room, while small, is well-utilized. It's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area, and the breakfast offers a decent variety. This is my second time staying here. Downstairs, there's a subway station and a small mall, and across the street, you'll find plenty of 24-hour dining options. It's perfect for anyone looking to stay in a lively urban center.

The room is relatively spacious compared to Japanese hotels, clean, and well-equipped. Downstairs is a subway station with plenty of convenience stores and drugstores. Kabukicho is right next door, and JR Shinjuku Station is a 10-minute walk away. There are also several shopping malls nearby. It's a convenient choice for both business trips and tourism.

Good location, many good options nearby. But laundry is not cheap, hopefully there can be coin laundry options in future

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's less than a 5-minute walk to Shinjuku subway station. The room was a bit small, but the bedding was really comfortable. Don Quijote and Kabukicho are both nearby, and there are tons of great food options within walking distance – yakiniku, conveyor belt sushi, ramen shops, you name it! I loved it. I stayed on the 15th floor, and when I pulled back the curtains, I could see the shopping area below, and it wasn't noisy at all.

The room is quite small. But people who choose to stay in Shinjuku have their purpose. Not a big luxury hotel or an aesthetic vibe. But, anaccess, the location is insanely easy to travel around Tokyo, foods are everywhere around you.
