This hotel in Shinjuku offers a view of Godzilla's head from the elevator lobby. It's also near the famous corner TV with the cat. Unfortunately, there are touts on the street nearby. The hotel's open-plan interior makes it quite cold. For breakfast, you often have to queue outside in the cold. During checkout, the elevators are packed, making it impossible to leave easily. The rooftop onsen is decent, and the breakfast is fine apart from the queuing. The room itself is small.

Great location in Shinjuku but it is loud so be prepared. The neighborhood is packed and crowded but it’s super central to everything. It’s a fairly international hotel but they still wouldn’t let us use the spa because of our tattoos

Location is good. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Got free nice bath at roof top. Rooms are really small. Service are acceptable.

I stayed at the hotel from February 18th to 23rd, but for three days the room wasn't cleaned, and they didn't refill the bottled water Disappointed
