Hyatt Place Kyoto

Love the interior of this hotel - so modern and comfortable. It is right above the metro station, however there is no lift at the exit right above the hotel unless u leav through another exit of the station then cross the road to the hotel.

Easy to access and near to subway station. The stuffs are also friendly. Overall, the staying experience has been great.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful! There was a mixup and I had to add an extra day to my reservation and the front desk was super helpful in figuring it out and helping me not need to switch rooms on my last day. The facilities are nice and location is very convenient to the train station - perfect location especially during the rain since you are able to walk directly to the hotel from the train station fully covered. The rooms are nice, but had a bit of trouble figuring out the lights since you had separate master controls.

We booked two rooms and Unfortunately we couldn’t get link rooms.
