這可能是我住過最差的一家美爵酒店，應該是原來一家老酒店剛改造的。首先冰箱裏放着不知是前客人還是員工的半瓶可樂。洗髮液和沐浴液是空的，打電話前台安排一個小哥拿了一個瓶子擠進了不同的罐子裏，原來洗頭膏和沐浴液衹在客房存在分離，其實是一種東西。床頭沒有紙巾盒。床單上有污漬痕跡沒有拍照。我記得預訂的時候含了早餐，
吃飯的時候收了82馬幣早餐費，我説既然收費退房的時候一起結算反正有按金，可是怕我不給追到了客房來要。吹頭髮的吹風機不如一個快捷酒店的，很久吹不幹，以上建議避免踩雷。

It was supposed to be a refurbished hotel so I was expected the hotel to be in brand new condition. Although yes everything seemed new, but on closer inspection u can spot black mould in the shower area and room floor skirting was bad. Room service also was not available at night.
It was ok ok not fantastic.
Also one of the days we came back to the room after they had cleaned up the room, we found a used dirty towel left in the bathroom.

Good and clean hotel Very good hotel clean it was an average experience. The location is quite convenient, especially for shopping and getting around the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which made the stay acceptable.

This hotel is fully refurbished. The room is clean but small. The interior is nice. the location is near to Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang. Will come again.
